I don't play slide, but I find some kind of parallel in that my wife doesn't like sad songs -- even if I've written them! -- so I usually wait until she's out before I sing them... lol! Thanks Robert !your right it wasn’t a positive reflection with the slide but just playing in the alternative tuning with 2 strings tuned to D ie the same thing asi did the slide she felt it was more hopeful 😎keep rolling and take care
