Veal Tongue Braised in Port Wine, Marrow Butter, Spicy Veal Sausage stuffed Zucchini Blossom

  • Today, I made port wine-braised veal tongue! I paired it with veal marrow butter and spicy veal sausage, stuffed it in zucchini blossom and used a pressure cooker to reduce the time it takes to cook the veal tongue.
    I know the idea of eating tongue might be off-putting but it's just like any other cut of meat! It doesn't taste off or anything, it's just a very delicious cut of meat that is very under-utilized in my opinion!

      너무고맙습니당! 꽃봉우리는 호박꽃인데요 사실 특별한 맛은없구요 그냥 안에 고기나 치즈같은걸 채우기가좋고 예뻐서 많이쓰는거에용ㅎㅎㅎ 항상 봐주셔서 고맙습니다 :)
