Welcome to Day 10 of the 14 day Fitness Challenge! This workout will work your core and abs! This workout combined with a well balanced diet will flatten out that mid-section and give you those defined abs that we all want!
2 Rounds. Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest
Equipment: mat
Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!
Workout:
Core and Abs
Walk out to tuck in
Bicycle holds
Up and down planks
Alternating leg drops
Plank reaches
Dead bugs
Mountain climbers
Straight leg cit ups
Bear hold walk outs
Bicycles
Stretch:
Single knee hug
Knee hug
Sit back on your heels
