When you mentioned cooked and cooled rice, is it ok to cook in the morning and use in evening or cook at night and use the next morning? Because I always like that texture but some people advise against using leftovers.
Cook, cool (2 hours) and refrigerate is what I do. Hope this helps!

your rice in more water and then drain the extra water or just cook in water that is sufficient? Thanks 🙏
I personally cook rice in more water and drain. Sometimes I also do absorption method. Hope this helps.

You soak your rice always. Does it work with other varieties of rice too except basmati
