Thanks for watching. Cheers
Thanks. That should keep me going for around 18 months.
I'm with you Big Stu!
And me :) lol
Yep me too!
Maybe not me...me? 2-3 months..lol
you're definitely not alone Big Stu.......it'll take me about 18 years by my reckoning lol i really shouldn't watch this guys videos (as much as i appreciate them) - makes me feel inadequate.
I don't sing so playing songs that include the melody of the lyrics are the songs that I love playing the most. thanks. Excellent instruction as always.
but this is finger picked and from my experience such songs are much easier to sing along to than those where you strum; much easier to keep the rhythm while also singing
What an awesome and beautiful arrangement of this song. Your playing is so good.
I have worked in this for decades. You finally gave me the best alternative to the tune! I will be donating more in the future. Your lessons are perfectly detailed and if there are people out there who think it is too tough, you make it so we can see how it can be accomplished, Take your time and practice. Great Stuff!!!
He plays the whole arrangement at 18:26
- great playing btw

@@ShutupAndPlayGuitarTutorials oh thank you, I listened to it, it’s amazing
Your ear is amazing. And your ability to capture and distill multiple instruments in a single guitar arrangement without losing the essence of the original song, is a real gift. You are a great teacher too.
Honestly... I cant get enough of this. There is something in the harmony that my head loves but my ear cant pick up exactly what it is. Love this! Great job and thank you very much for this gem.

Agreed with above comment, love the single guitar acoustic stuff rather than multiple guitars. Great for "bedroom" guitarists :-)
I like both -- I've learned a lot watching multiple Guitars and solo arrangements
I am 70 years old and have been playing guitar for more than 50 years. I absolutely love the way you break down a song and make it easy to grasp. Thanks for the great lessons!
I love the way you comment modestly towards the end 'It sounds really good I think'. It sounds friggin' awesome dude!!!
Your tutorials are succinct, clear, and brilliant. No self-aggrandizement and wasted space. Your arrangements are right on. I agree with other comments on Beatles tunes. Keep em coming. I've donated before and will do so again today. I love your music and your low key, modest comments. Again, brilliant.
100% agree! No screaming, no hat - just hands and guitar. And his very likable personality.
Thank you very much! Your tutorials are fantastic. I learned your version of Eleanor Rigby, with all the details. Very beautiful! Congratulations and thank you very much! From Brazil.
You're a great teacher. The quality of your sounds is so beautiful. So many colors and tasty overtones are floating about everywhere. It never gets out of hand of course. It's just awesome.
This is an AMAZING rendition of this MASTERPIECE of a song!! NOW THAT'S GUITAR!!!
Great! I can't say enough about how well you articulate what's going on in your arrangements.
You are a gifted teacher. Thank you for posting.
What an amazing sound. This is what I call playing the guitar.
I love this arrangement! Thanks for another excellent lesson!🎸🎸🎸
Excellent version and impossible to beat tutorial. I'm really impressed how you've managed to take us so smoothly and with so much patience. Thanks a lot!!!
Excellent! You learn this song and you're on your way to so much other stuff. Thanx!
By far the best teaching style I've seen. Thank you.
Man, this is doing my head in at the moment, but it is by far the best rendition of this song. You make it look so easy !!!
Taking into account the bass, rhythm and melody is fanfukintastic.
Only one word for your lessons.... Awesome !!!
Must keep practicing, practicing, practicing. It will not beat me !!!
Incredible version. Thank you!!!
The tab is easily worth the 8$. Have kept me occupied for hours and helps a ton! I Love it!
Man, thank you so much for this...so much fun to learn and almost have it down! Great arrangement

Mate thank you everso . Been playing long , but heard this 2 year ago and thought yipee ill try it . Gave up avsolutely no chanc, came across it again last week OMG i can do it . Dont know why but over moon and loving it 😊
Great tune, great lesson, GREAT TEACHER! Than you for sharing.
Outstanding arrangement, thank you very much!
You have the best lessons I’ve seen. You help me out a great deal and I thank you.
I love the way you teach us all these things. You are a great teacher.
As per usual Andy, nothing short of AMAZING Canadian teaching! ;-)
Very well taught and you make it easy to understand... thank you very much ... best guitar teacher on UA-cam I've come across in years ... I'm now a dedicated subscriber.
Brillant arrangement: so fesable and truely effective at the same time. I love the use of the open strings armonizing and interwoving the melody, with continuous alternation of timbre and octave. That really gives the sense of the superbe arrangement of the original song, wich is the utmost example of what an arrangement can pull out of a two chords (wich is almost one, indeed) melody. Thank you!
That is beautiful, amazing! It's so easy to listen to ;-) Thanks for sharing your wisdom!!
Brilliant as usual! Amazing synthesis of the quartet. Segovia said the guitar is an orchestra seen thru the wrong end of a telescope. You just supplied proof. Thank you for this!
Revisiting this video. Awesome as usual. Thanks again for the lesson.
Thanks Randy, as always very technical but you reflect the care, compassion, wisdom, and passion for your craft, you are not like any other instruction on you tube, you rock!
His name is Andy
You do such a beautiful job with this song. Your recent Beatles post reminded me of it. You have really taken this particular song to the next level and I totally agree with the comment below mine.
Excellent arranging and picking! Thanks
One amazing thing with Andy lessons. First as you see demo, you think "wow! I need this to learn". Once you started you think "it's absolutely impossible for me, better give up!" But, after some time it "clicks" ! , and you get it right. And the last thought- that's so easy! It happens every time with every lesson. And what you really need is practice. Just "shut up and play".
Leonid Belousov agree
Leonid Belousov
eh eh are you reading in my mind? that's exactly my thought! totally agree
Thank you so much for this absolutely beautiful Beatles song. Will try to get it right.
Got it all memorized; just have to smooth it out. I find the hardest part is that stretch on the intro. To get the the bass down I walk through it very slowly over and over, and after a while it starts to become intuitive. This is definitely the hardest piece I've tried to take on, but very satisfying in the end. Thanks for the opportunity!
delcapslock100 Not an easy thing to get down for me at all
Not easy for sure, but not as hard as I expected. I still can't play it cleanly, but getting there. Good luck!
delcapslock100 Yeah bro agreed. That stretch is killer, I'm slowly getting comfortable with it but it's definitely a work in progress. I'll actually take the time just practice that stretch alone while playing/learning other songs just to get it down. Not gunna give up, I want this.
Wrap around left hand thumb for the C on the 8th fret - makes it way easier for me
Wow! Great piece! Thanks
This is so amazing, you're an amazing guitarist
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I found it much more coherent and understandable compared to most, and I loved the sound better too. Wonderful video!
One of the best cover on UA-cam 👍 Fantastic ! 🌹
Man, this is awesome, thank you.
This is just awesome dude. Great job
Thank you so much for the lesson. You made that so seen easy.
I really enjoy the sound that you've created here. Is there anyway I could get tabs?
Rt
Bro he's not a drug dealer
Just improvise around what he's showing you...
@@paulklingenberg7614 truly capturing the essence of the beatles
I believe Andy has his tabs for sale via his web site which should be linked.
I didn't learn this yet but it was exactly what I was looking for, instant like thanks so much will be learning this over the next few days

Beautiful arrangement
Fantastic arrangement
Dude you are amazing!
Fantastic!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
it's a great song that you are playing on your guitar thank you for sharing peace
Man you are too good! I love it!
Sounds so good. Thanks! I’m not good enough to play both parts together. I suppose I’ll cheat a bit and record the base rhythm to use as a backing track until I get it all down a year from now.
Wow! Awesome -- well played !!
Thx dude your lesson is awesome and well explained!
From France
This is HARD. Wow. I've been working on it several hours a day for the past 3 days. I can play all the sections, but those fills on "where do they all belong?" are just killer.
But did finally get it: ua-cam.com/video/2nx_L6QJhx4/v-deo.html
You nailed it Kelly!
I know the feeling. In my experience with Andy's arrangements I spend a few weeks learning the notes but can't quite turn it into music. Then suddenly after 2-3 months NOT playing it, I just find myself playing the way Andy does. My fingers know where to go, and my subconscious has figured out the touch. It always feels like magic. Once learned, you'll never forget one of his pieces.
Excellent!
wow! you are the best i love this song merci!
brilliant as ever
when playing the riff that's one octave higher (during the intro), I like to bar across the seventh fret and include the e-note on the a-string and thus keep the bass going
Great arrangement.
Brilliant thanks 🙏
Great Lesson,, Thankyou
Magnifique 🤩 ! Merci 🙂
Thank you teacher
Awesome lesson !!!!!!!!!!
Wow. Didn't expect that arrangement at all! You are doing public service good sir!
Bravo!
Really nice Andy. Superb nuances with a big full sound. Tricky fingerpicking. I can get it at 1/4 speed-the quick fills at the end of the chorus are rough to strike cleanly mainly because my picking hand ring finger isn't cooperating despite years and hundreds of hours practice. It's all technique
Excellent
Thanks much!
Great lesson,
Really great.
A: " Sounds really good I think" wtf it sounds amazing!
B: " I could put some more work into this to sharpen in up a bit" Please dont that would blow my mind and I`d die.
Thank you so much for that composition . I look forward to the time it will take me to learn what you have shown me. (years)
I need to get some overtime work to donate to you for this lesson.
