This is one of those songs that should be played to every person who says they don’t like the Beatles and then they should try to defend the claim that the Beatles aren’t legendary
You don't have to defend the Beatles. Their legacy is legendary. Mozart is still listened to and studied. So it is and will be for the Beatles. Us that know music in that we participated in its study are mesmerised by them...even the very best classically trained composers of today cannot compete with the Beatles unfathomable genius. They were just that good. We are lucky to be within living memory of those guys my friend:)
Beautiful rendition...as a guitar player from the 60’s and still hard at it, I greatly applaud your recognition of the brilliance of the Beatles, thank you for reminding me of the greatest music decade ever.
The sixties were great for rock music, but the pop hits were horrible !, if if weren't for the Beatles, Stones, Pink Floyd, The Who , Beach Boys and a few more artist that decade would've suck big time.
My mother hates music, she barely speaks any english and she has no idea who the Beatles are. In her day the only popular Western singer was Elvis. Ever since I started playing the guitar a couple years ago, she couldn’t stand the thing. She never enjoyed when I would play it near her. Till one day I when I was going through Beatle fever and started learning some Beatles songs. Lo and behold, the first song she actually liked that I played was from the Beatles. I’ll never forget the Beatles songs she liked to hear. Love you, Mama. Love The Beatles.
It's so great to see another guitar tutorial for a Beatles song pop up on my feed. Only then do I realize it's you and my excitement grows even further.
This guy outdoes himself each time. From Adele to Beatles to who's next, he will give his all. It's absolutely worth donating. Buy his tabs; they are well done. Wonderful channel and professional teacher. To those with the 9 thumbs down: Shutup & Play-- with yourself! I'm hoping he will give the definitive fingerstyle lesson for "Eternal Flame", by The Bangles.
A beautifully sensitive arrangement of my favourite song. I love the way you maintain the soul of the song in all your arrangements. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.
Really nice arangement, i enjoyed it and will learn it today. Also the small theorie analysis gives great inside and is fun to explore actively. Thank you for taking your time to do these lessons!
To lead a better life, I need my love to be here Here, making each day of the year Changing my life with a wave of her hand Nobody can deny that there's something there There, running my hands through her hair Both of us thinking how good it can be Someone is speaking But she doesn't know he's there I want her everywhere And if she's beside me I know I need never care But to love her is to need her everywhere Knowing that love is to share Each one believing that love never dies Watching their eyes And hoping I'm always there I want her everywhere And if she's beside me I know I need never care But to love her is to need her everywhere Knowing that love is to share Each one believing that love never dies Watching their eyes And hoping I'm always there I will be there, and everywhere Here, there and everywhere
Thanks so much for your lesson on one of my favourite songs of all time. It’s a beautiful song and pleased to learn it from you and a delight to listen to your playing it!
This is one of my all time favorite Sir Paul McCartney song.Such a beautiful melody and yes he does know music theory, only instinctively! This is a really good tutorial.I enjoy and appreciate your site.Thank you..very good from beginning to end. And your insightful tips!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Andrew ! Another beautifully played gem from Paul McCartney.. Thank you for all the incredible, very well researched, thought out, and interpreted so clearly, work, you do for us! Thank you again !
I really love listening to your lessons though I don't play guitar that much since I'm more of a piano player. It's also great that you also know about the artistst themselves. A great teacher! ❤️
Hey Coach, I think what stands out most is your passion and easy but thorough manner of teaching. Well explained, well described and your authentic enthusiasm keeps us from "bogging down". (Bravo! and...thank you for being "you".) Great channel.
Learned all the parts now just working on combing them all! Great teacher and great song, always look forward to buckling down on weekends and picking a new song to learn from you
Once again, I learn SOOOO much from you, Andy! I absolutely love this arrangement...such a beatiful composition by Paul. (I'm glad I purchased the tabs. It's great to have it memorialized in writing.) Thx again for all you do.
This is great! Beautiful sound too. Learning about borrowed chords is crucial. Also the Beatles used Aug and Dim when it was uncommon to do so. I’m a singer/songwriter trying to get my songs well recorded at home. Can you please say a few words about how you record your guitar and voice (mics, effects, etc.). The bottom end on your Taylor is so full yet tight! Mine sounds a bit thin and mid-rangey by comparison.
This was an absolutely unexpected gem of an interpretive piece. Suddenly this song ramped up in the challenge I was expecting but will learn it your way soon enough. Thank you sir - hey I have a good idea for a t-shirt - your face!
Hands down the best instructor on youtube. What a beautiful song. I'd love to see a song lesson of Shawn Mullins Lullaby. Cool song with interesting strumming style.
first & foremost A Great teacher. Thank you for all you do. Now in regards to Yesterday/this song, I think he just heard it,wrote it and didnt realize it till later.(longest note i've ever left) thank You
Nice job.... I'd been strugglung with the subtle nuance and detail in 2 sections of zeps "ramble on" but your video put it right under my fingers Delighted to find an instructor that brings authenticity to the material and I'll be looking for more of my fave titles. My playing took a step up today! 🤠👍✌
Since I love to play harmony or second guitar no trouble for me. Finger style isn’t my thing. Surely is a brilliant song. That not even John could deny.
Thanks for sharing such a beautiful rendition with us! I like to play it capo’d on the sixth of my Gretsch hollow body and through a clean Deluxe Reverb. The frets get a little narrow and crowded up there, but if you can stick the landing, it sounds like God’s very own little music box.
To lead a better life I need my love to be here Here, making each day of the year Changing my life with a wave of her hand Nobody can deny that there's something there There, running my hands through her hair Both of us thinking how good it can be Someone is speaking, but she doesn't know he's there I want her everywhere And if she's beside me I know I need never care But to love her is to need her everywhere Knowing that love is to share Each one believing that love never dies Watching her eyes and hoping I'm always there.
Thankyou for this awesome video! I've learnt the song from this video and paid for the tab sheet of music because I'm doing a solo performance on it for my GCSE so I'm hoping to do well thanks to a great demonstration of it!🔥🔥

Our first dance at our wedding
Do you really know anybody who doesn't like the Beatles? I don't. This piece is amazing
@@maralara sadly people from my shit generation who listen to modern pop music.
Musicologists say that Paul McCartney has a rare genius for melody. Songs like this really showcase the brilliance of Sir Paul.
It’s a magic art. It’s just a simple melody that feasibly any of us could make up but in reality we can’t.
Jimmy page !
@@carlblouin7965 Jimmy Page what? Do tell!
@@carlblouin7965 what about him lmao
@@CatmanPete I've been playing over 40years. I'm still behind them but writing anew . I thank them !
My favorite Beatles song on my favorite Beatles album played and taught by my favorite guitar teacher. Hell yeah
I back up everything you said. Hell yeah
I don't often hear people say that this is their favorite Beatles track which is surprising to me since it is my favorite!
Beautiful rendition...as a guitar player from the 60’s and still hard at it, I greatly applaud your recognition of the brilliance of the Beatles, thank you for reminding me of the greatest music decade ever.

The fact that Paul wrote this amazingly beautiful and complex song so early in his life shows his true genius at songwriting.
You're the best teacher I've ever seen and listened to. You're one of a kind. I wish I could play guitar like you do.

which Beatles song was it that she first liked if I can ask?
@@rileybenedict1804 Of course, Mother Nature’s Son and Black Bird. Wow I wrote this 4 years ago!
Nearly teared up reading that mate your story hits close to home.
How can anybody hate music? Even lesser animals like music. You don't even have to understand the words if the melody is nice enough.
Wow! Just amazing how incredible the songwriting was for the Beatles. Just gorgeous stuff. The talent level was off the charts.
Beautiful version, beautifully presented and played and taught.
Best teacher on you tube , and theres lots of great ones,

Tremendous performance! The sound of the guitar and the chords are perfect. Applause! Un abrazo desde Buenos Aires!
The Beatles really were incredible
Yes, they were. Genius and syncronicity. Everyone knew it at the time even if we didn't realise it as that in the moment.
Really nice arangement, i enjoyed it and will learn it today.
