There's an obvious difference between the language of Popes like Leo XIII, PIUS IX or ST. PIUS X and the language we see in the documents of V. II
Clearness against Confusion
Logic against Opinions
Real philosophy against False philosophy
Magisterium against Anti-Magisterium

This has been argued about for 55 years now and you can find every opinion on the the sun. Liberals and traditionalists basically agree it contradicts but disagree over whether it's a problem. Conservatives think you can read everything as narrowly as possible and bend DH into conformity. I think it contradicts personally.

Thank you Sensus Fidelium, good and very sound for our circumstances now a days, good question “where to start”? One could be tempted to say any where, but one must be humble enough to beseech our good Lord to give us the necessary grace to start in one-self and our families with good education such as this and good books from our Mother Church and saints always bound to continuity of Tradition, Mass and of course Holy Scriptures.
