- Razor Clams are a delicacy but often not used as people are unsure of what to do with them. Cleaning and cooking razor clams is quite straight forward and in this video we are going to clean and prepare razor clams to make a tasty, yet easy pasta recipe.
We are going to be pairing the sauce with squid ink tagliolini...hand make of course, which have a fantastic sweet umami flavour that complements most seafood.
