I was there. couldn't miss a skinny puppy show. i hope they're lying about it being the final tour. they played so many great songs but there are SO MANY MORE that i wanted them to play.
Seeing them in November. Show looks pretty tame compared to their recent tours after that long hiatus. hiatus. Either way, I’ll always attend a Skinny Puppy show when they are on tour.
@@mindphaserxy smaller venues would be easier actually you wouldn’t need much to fill the stage prob two more of those panels would fill it up sooo much.. plus it’s their last tour so you’d expect a little more yk but yea I understand you
It's about art, not production value. They are not really a high volume stadium, big expense band. Isn't that why we listen to this music?? Just my opinion.
Coming from a lighting tech, it's very expensive to rent a good lighting package and pay for a good lighting designer to come with. If they're lucky, the venue programmer will listen to their music beforehand and try to program appropriately. At least I used to do that when I worked in clubs. But not all lighting guys share that sentiment, unfortunately, and just play it extremely safe.
They became such a caricature of them self. Never I'd believe to see 'clean' fluo pink decors and such bad acting on stage. Nothing comparable with Ain't it dead yet, Too Dark Park, and Last Right tour, who might be the last authentic performance.
@daylonsyler5599 Yup, I saw Skinny Puppy VIVISECT tour IN 88 AND TOO DARK PARK tour IN 90 BOTH shows were ambitious and not for the weak minded. I will never forget simply Amazing!!!
Lmao the bouncers prolly like wtf is going on behind me 😂
Mind The Perpetual Intercourse 1988 Atlanta GA. Bouncers: " What in the most Evil of Demon Summoning Rituals is Going On Here?!"!!!!
Saw SP in the 90's but this was like a totally different band. Best show of my life so far. So glad I got to experience this.

My first Skinny Puppy show was in 1986. Love this
LOL THAT STUIED Alien lol holy cats man ... thats the most funnyest thing !

Roger from American dad rocks the house.
Would have loved to see the theatrics of this show and the performance. Great set list and visuals!
Aiiiaiiiaiiiiiii - sooo cool! Hope SP is coming to Scandinavia as well !!!
When I saw them on Last Rights tour they had 2 tractor trailers of props. This looks pretty stripped down.
Good concert. I was like a little bit behind this view and to the right about 10 back
Great footage thanks! First and Last SP show for the security team :-)
Great video! Thanks for uploading. Made the San Antonio & Houston Show! Good Times!
I was front row And im still in shock
Same here. The synths coming in at the start of worlock shook me so intensely…. This video doesnt do it justice 😩
RIP Dwayne Goettel
Surprised they don’t have much visual effects like better lightings or more projections
24 dates in like 32 days. I don't think they wanted to be too complex due to playing smaller venues and so many dates in a short time.

that bouncer is like wtf ...
The alien mask is kinda goofy. Was hoping for more on their final tour.
I remember watching this band Live when some people were nothing more than almost a Pull Out...
2 security guards at the front..clearly they dont know puppy crowds. Scared by the music probably. Puppy crowds have all been love
Now that's the only thing that's real!
And a Chainsaw...
A little cheesy with the theatrics, but still love the band.
its fun !
I was at the canceled pittsburgh show. And if this is what I missed then I'm not going to the rescheduled date and am getting my money back👎
I kinda want Dustin to hit me too...
The Choke not Warlock
...followed by Warlock.
Someone didn't bother to watch the whole clip before commenting. Lol
@@yancyphillips411 I forgot to turn off the recording after Choke, pain to edit them so it is a combination of both songs right now

I’ve always liked skinny puppy. My favorite was their dark park tour but I gotta say this performance is corny as fuck
Ohgr isn't into the blood and guts thing and I can't blame him, messy to do night after night
sparse…was that the intention. Lighting, visuals, seems thin.
There's always someone here to say "Too Dark Park was better!" Probably the most tired, hipster sigh of them all in Skinny Puppy circles.
@@tariqboughttea7588 All previous tours and performances were better than this.
@@Misanola Disagree. And it's really good regardless.
Compared to past Puppy shows, this kind of feels lazy. Ogre's vocal performance sounds phoned in too.
I was there it was badass and sounded amazing. They are 60 now dude not 20 30 40s cut em a break lol. Lazy isn't the right word maybe, calmer?
