    Covering my hair when I move outside has reduced my hair fall by shielding it against dust and pollution. Washing my hair 3 times weekly with litttlleextra cocoonniion shampoo and hair oil has been the most important thing. This routine really works and I've been doing it for 8 months, and I no longer experience hair fall.

      I’ve been trying Littlellextra cocoonnion hair oil and seen significant benefits, including noticeable hair regrowth and a marked decrease in hair loss. Additionally, I transitioned to RO water for washing my hair rather than tap water, and used the oil regularly. The results have been outstanding, and I’m very pleased with the product.

    I love the Innersense shampoo and conditioner! I only wash my hair once a week and one set has lasted me about 7 months. I’ve found that if you double cleanse with the Innersense shampoo, it foams much more the second time

      That is true! I have done a double cleanse with the shampoo and it foams more the second time. The Innersense shampoo and conditioner are some of my favorite clean beauty shampoos and conditioners. They smell so nice too!

    Hello, I've made the transition to natural products years ago, but never managed to find products that didn't take away all the shine of my hair. 😥
    Do you have any recommendation? Many thanks!

    i see you read the front of products but not the actual ingredients list which probably contain harsh things like alcohol and other chems.

    • @DaniSmith405
      @DaniSmith405  2 роки тому +1

      Alcohol isn't always a bad thing. It depends on the product and why it's used and how much. Everyone has different opinions on what products they find to be "clean" and what ingredients they feel comfortable using. Always do your own research and decide what you're okay with using. I do more than just read the front of products. I look at ingredient lists but I'm also not an expert on ingredients. Just an everyday person sharing my favorites. No need to be unkind.
      Also, the brands that I talk about in this video are free of a lot of potentionally harmful and harsh ingredients like sulfates, parabens, silicones, pthalates, propylene glycol and more. But of course, I understand that everybody has their own opinions on what ingredients they feel are clean. I just wanted to share hair care that I like that I personally think have good ingredient lists. ☺️

      @@DaniSmith405 True on all accounts. If someone wants to avoid chemicals then use clay or herbs alone to wash and condition. I’ll use silicones on occasion, alcohol etc.. people are fear mongering and not reading the research correctly just parroting what a few people and companies are spouting. Most people think something is harmful because the research is done using the chemicals at full strength. Then warnings are giving. Not something that a product formulation would ever have. Not only that it’s mainly marketing to bring in money and also there are fake research out there to instill fear or promote benefits. Which ever way they want to steer it.

    • @DaniSmith405
      @DaniSmith405  Рік тому

      Hi Ashley! Honestly, that's hard to say because everybody's definition of "clean" is different. I know so many people have different opinions on what they think is clean and what ingredients that they're okay with using. It's hard to say because of that! I'm no expert with ingredients either but I just choose products that I personally feel good about the ingredients. I hope that makes sense!

    Can evolve shampoo cause any hair loss or shedding can you use on really oily hair and will it make your hair oily

    • @DaniSmith405
      @DaniSmith405  2 роки тому

      I really don't think it would cause hair loss. They have a variety of different shampoos to choose from based on your hair type. Here's a link to their website if you want to check out their shampoos and read about which ones are good for which hair types. ☺️ www.evolvh.com/?rfsn=3081402.70ee2b
      They even have a hair quiz on their website that you can take. You answer some questions about your hair and then it recommends products to you based on your answers. I hope that helps!

    Thanks! What about how Giovanni has Sodium Coco- sulfate as a top ingredient?

    • @DaniSmith405
      @DaniSmith405  Рік тому +2

      You're welcome! I'm personally okay with that ingredient but I know everyone has their own definition of what ingredients they find "clean" so I always recommend everyone do their own research and decide which ingredients they feel comfortable using. Sorry if that wasn't a super helpful answer. I just know ingredient preferences can be so individual as everyone has their own definition of "clean." ☺️ I just never want to tell someone that they can't use something or make people feel bad about using certain ingredients if they feel comfortable using them. "Clean Beauty" is such a broad term that means something different from one person to other. I hope that makes sense!
