I was physically healthy before it all. I now have crohns disease, arthritis, severe c-ptsd and so much nerve damage. I can barely feel my arms/hands. My cognitive functions dont work well either anymore. 15 years after leaving the abuse, I am finally starting the healing process from it all. I went through 15 years of abuse and was a semi pro athlete before, but now I have RA, nerve damage, Spondylitis, a chairi malformation, and so much pain...that's just the physical. I also suffer with severe PTSD and I have depression and anxiety and because of all of these issues I had to give up my career. It has been 7 years and I'm still struggling some days, but I'm stronger and wiser and moving forward. I want you to know your comment affected me and I pray you continue to improve.
Nerve damage is no joke, I drop things all the time because I loose feeling in my hands, the pins and needles burn and when it feels like there's a bug crawling along your arms but you're looking at them and there's nothing there it really messes with you. Then sometimes out of the blue you scream because it feels like you've stuck your finger in an electrical outlet and the shock runs up and down your spine and people think you are crazy. I totally feel her trauma. 💜
I have\ Had carpal tunnel from Falling and hitting my head while skating a bowl ...most of The Numbess\ Nerve damage has gone away over time but I still get the Crawling sensation and twitches sometimes , Thanks for the info my Doc never even told me about the crawling it makes me feel crazy but now I know why
What pisses me off is how the medical industry treats abuse survivors.Then people wonder why victims stay silent! I am suffering injuries caused to my body by my abusers. I can’t even get most doctors to listen to me! I had two amazing doctors who helped me somewhat. I am talking severe childhood abuse where I had brain surgery from parental abuse. I suffer seizures from it and other issues to this day. People should listen to survivors💗

In my humble opinion the reason the"courts "are doing nothing is because they ALL had a hand in stealing from her. How will we or her ever know if the judges in her case were greased or not? If all that information came out there would be so many people being prosecuted, not just her dad . But all of them !
can she take her case to a federal level, since she was taken over state lines? she's never getting justice in her community and that is just obvious. It was on her Insta that someone told her to wear a yellow dress if she was being held against her will, and then she did. I'm so glad she was able to communicate through it. Now she can say and do what she wants, and that is beautiful.

It is like actions of abuse are a bomb that harms all in the area unconsciously or consciously. If you don’t heal you get weaker and if you heal you grow stronger. Or you can shove emotions back and become a person that lacks empathy for others and themselves. They also treat themselves that way and I hope they all learn there is a healthier way to live. We can heal and evolve to transcend.

Its terrifying. And isn't it just amazing how after a divorce (from a man who would constantly text other woman) and then committing to daily Reiki energy that my healing sped up and now I am healed.

Britney is highly intelligent and ever-evolving emotionally. Although it would be great to see bad people (including her family members) get the punishment they deserve, sometimes it's best to walk away and do what you can to enjoy your life. The past events will cause PTSD, but over time, with the right people around her, the bad memories will not have as much strength over her, and she will also gain a lot of happiness, which it seems is happening with her now. Her speaking and writing about her trauma helps her PTSD. Good for her!
Also, my speculation as a phlebotomist as to the nerve damage is that perhaps during one of her many, countless blood draws she’s said to have endured, perhaps they caused nerve damage due to incorrect technique/puncture. This can absolutely cause permanent nerve damage. The Basillic vein runs closely to the basillic nerve, and this is the most common cause of nerve damage via venipuncture. This is why phlebotomists are taught to avoid the basillic vein whenever possible, it’s not ideal, and can be smaller and therefore more difficult to thread, raising the chances of missing and catching the nerve (or artery) instead. It can produce similar symptoms she’s reporting such as burning sensation, sharp pains, tingling sensation, and pins & needles- Esp in the hands/feet.
She talks about how pale she is. Like a vampire, looks like a ghost, and saying 'why am I so pale?' Do you think they are taking excessive amounts of blood lately? She has been covering her wrist, too.
I knew this was going to happen, they kept her so sedated with that medicine it's going to be hard to reverse that. Keep in mind she was never supposed to get away, if I was her I will go somewhere and get blood test and somebody else's name but they won't know is mine. Honestly I would love a movie about Britney's life fully backed by Britney so she can control the narrative. Too many times we get the biopics and movies like that after the person has died and from there you can only get some much truth from it if all parties are dead. The nerve damage thing could be trigger points in the muscles in her neck - scalenes the stuff going down her arms, sternocleidomastoid the pain in her head. Muscles don’t function properly when they have trigger points, and they cause referred patterns of pain. I hope for her that it is trigger points though because they are easy to release with massage and then using stretches to prevent them returning, because it could of course be nerve damage too and that is much harder to deal with. We hold our physical and emotional tension in our neck and shoulders, it would make sense. I’m a massage therapist and I mostly work releasing trigger points.
IAM suffering big time with trauma, Britneys reaction is normal. I get it going in a bus, or taking my kids to school. PTSD is horrible in ever sense of the way.

Im a nurse and the only time we used a chair if the inmate was trying to harmself. But us nurses had to do 15 min vital signs check pulses ask if they need to us bathroom. Office have reassess the inmate an they give him a 15 min brakes getting him up to walk ect. Her nerve damage my thoughts only. The nerve pain she is feeling in her wrist hands could be a neck disc problem cause nerve compression it hurts like heck. Britney been dancing doing daring stunts in her shows working 7 days a week doesn't give her body recover time. Also she was on Lithium a powerful heavy mineral drug that needs blood work Reg. Due to it can make Lithium levels toxic. My best friend was on this. She didnt know me acted like an old person at 56 yrs old. My childhood friend has gone. Her face has no emotions or reactions. So much has been unfair in Brit's life. I watched the movement and cried the day she was set free. I hope that she finds peace and her own happiness with this new chapter in her life. I think the greatest revenge is overcoming the tragedies in out lives. Maybe that looks like more kids and PTA for her, maybe it means a comeback tour, that she receives the profit from. It’s truly unfortunate that the *only* chance anyone has at seeking Justice nowadays is by spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in court. For example, totally different but I’ve been de*thly ill due to toxic mold in my apt and the only way I could sue for the 2 yrs of medical bills etc this has cost me due to my apt stonewalling me- was if I had $100k-$200k to hire an atty bc none of them will take it on contingency due to the discovery, litigation- and the *small* chance we would win due to the way the laws are written. Our laws are no longer working for us. Justice is no longer attainable to *everyone* . Justice is only available to the rich and wealthy. And if that doesn’t speak volumes as to what has become of our “justice” system, then idk what does.

Yes there was recently a court hearing I believe on September 29th and then just like this week there were some leaked court documents where Matthew rosengart is trying to get Jamie's team for sanctions and for unsealing an already sealed court order with a bunch of Britney's medical information and private information in those documents. Next hearing is scheduled for December 7th I think

James Spears, Lou Taylor and Robin Greenhill have all been subpoenaed by Rosengart to appear in court to answer charges, but they blatantly ignore the calls, and the justice system, the courts, do NOTHING. Rosengart can't drag them there. Perhaps the judges are covering for one another because I bet they probably preside over dozens of other illegal conservatorships and guardianships. It's a business model in the US. There don't seem to be any ethical judges who are willing to enforce the law when it comes to this case. It may just open a hornet's nest.

Honestly I would love a movie about Britney's life fully backed by Britney so she can control the narrative. Too many times we get the biopics and movies like that after the person has died and from there you can only get some much truth from it if all parties are dead. The nerve damage thing could be trigger points in the muscles in her neck - scalenes the stuff going down her arms, sternocleidomastoid the pain in her head. Muscles don’t function properly when they have trigger points, and they cause referred patterns of pain. I hope for her that it is trigger points though because they are easy to release with massage and then using stretches to prevent them returning, because it could of course be nerve damage too and that is much harder to deal with. We hold our physical and emotional tension in our neck and shoulders, it would make sense. I’m a massage therapist and I mostly work releasing trigger points.
IAM suffering big time with trauma, Britneys reaction is normal. I get it going in a bus, or taking my kids to school. PTSD is horrible in ever sense of the way.

I think Britney could have carpal tunnel, and arthritic pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel from it and let me tell you I get the same exact pain radiating; wake up pins and needles and hands on fire.
She probably also has alot of damage in her joints from how hard they made her work. Her body was over worked!!!

Britney needs to pull here medical files from the places they had her. She stated 1 time that she had to sit in a chair for long Hrs. That is abuse. Im a nurse and the only time we used a chair if the inmate was trying to harmself. But us nurses had to do 15 min vital signs check pulses ask if they need to us bathroom. Office have reassess the inmate an they give him a 15 min brakes getting him up to walk ect. Her nerve damage my thoughts only. The nerve pain she is feeling in her wrist hands could be a neck disc problem cause nerve compression it hurts like heck. Britney been dancing doing daring stunts in her shows working 7 days a week doesn't give her body recover time. Also she was on Lithium a powerful heavy mineral drug that needs blood work Reg. Due to it can make Lithium levels toxic. My best friend was on this. She didnt know me acted like an old person at 56 yrs old. My childhood friend has gone. Her face has no emotions or reactions. So much has been unfair in Brit's life. I watched the movement and cried the day she was set free.
I hope that she finds peace and her own happiness with this new chapter in her life. I think the greatest revenge is overcoming the tragedies in out lives. Maybe that looks like more kids and PTA for her, maybe it means a comeback tour, that she receives the profit from. The judicial system moves slowly so maybe when she is on that stage feeling like she is on top of the world again; her father and all involved will be getting served for court and what they did.
They were so dirty and disgusting in what they did. If California does not prosecute them for all the laws they were breaking, maybe our Capitol needs to address the State itself.
Regardless, I love BS and I love your channel and all your legal brilliance, gifting some of us layman with the ability to understand the legal aspect of her case as well as following up with her re-entry into society again. In prison they make you take classes on re-entering the world again, Brittney wasn't given that because she never should have been in prison to begin with. That said, as someone who has been locked up for an extended period of time I can tell you that there are things she is experiencing very much resonate with me.

It’s truly unfortunate that the *only* chance anyone has at seeking Justice nowadays is by spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in court.
For example, totally different but I’ve been de*thly ill due to toxic mold in my apt and the only way I could sue for the 2 yrs of medical bills etc this has cost me due to my apt stonewalling me- was if I had $100k-$200k to hire an atty bc none of them will take it on contingency due to the discovery, litigation- and the *small* chance we would win due to the way the laws are written.
Our laws are no longer working for us. Justice is no longer attainable to *everyone* . Justice is only available to the rich and wealthy. And if that doesn’t speak volumes as to what has become of our “justice” system, then idk what does.

Yes there was recently a court hearing I believe on September 29th and then just like this week there were some leaked court documents where Matthew rosengart is trying to get Jamie's team for sanctions and for unsealing an already sealed court order with a bunch of Britney's medical information and private information in those documents. Next hearing is scheduled for December 7th I think

He does. It's the justice system. James Spears, Lou Taylor and Robin Greenhill have all been subpoenaed by Rosengart to appear in court to answer charges, but they blatantly ignore the calls, and the justice system, the courts, do NOTHING. Rosengart can't drag them there. Perhaps the judges are covering for one another because I bet they probably preside over dozens of other illegal conservatorships and guardianships. It's a business model in the US. There don't seem to be any ethical judges who are willing to enforce the law when it comes to this case. It may just open a hornet's nest.
