Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. My therapist told me we humans try healing to forget instead of healing that this is a part of you. How you heal and move on is up to us!
Well I want to heal AND forget. During my healing I began to pray to forgive and forget this person for the most part but not the lessons I have learned. Not sure how or if HE will. I don’t want to dwell on that part of my life.

Yea....thats how it goes. I went completely no contact 12/31/2023.... broke no contact in March of 2024 to tell him not to EVER come to my house again when he leaned on my doorbell after 3 in the morning ..... I had been through so much turmoil that it felt like a blur... its important to value yourself over anything else or your mind will play tricks on you to keep how they feel and think as a factor when its really not. Your emotions will keep you stuck, but logically, it's about you and the power you have over your own life.

Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.

Oh Lord met my ex at 19,married at 25, and left when I was 51 and divorced 2yrs ago.I feel like I need a mental, emotional, and physical detox.
Just thinking about some of the stuff makes me exhausted!!He has had multiple affairs during the marriage and still cheating on the current partner. Narcissim is demonic the damage he has done to his kids is mind boggling!!
I knew i was over him when months after i was replaced a deal he made to make a good chunk of money with my son finally paid off. Government wheels turn slow and two years later my son gets a check for a lot of money came in the mail! They were supposed to split it but i had warned my adult son to be careful cause the narc would keep it all if he could. So i tried repeatedly to let the narc know about the check but he was busy ghosting me for the new supply so the day before the check expired i told my son to cash it and keep it , the narc owed me more than half the amount just for bail anyhow but when i agreed to have coffee with him i sat across that table and had no problem not saying a word about any check. His half might have covered what he owed me in bail alone, so yeah thats when i knew he couldnt hurt me anymore and a week later he was back with the psycho and i didnt shed a tear!! Funny but it was almost like i stayed with him thinking id get some of my money back and once i got money that he thought he should have i felt better! Payback is a bitch and sometimes her name is graycy! Hahaha!

He now all of a sudden remembers how important I was to him. It’s been a year and 1 month of limited contact. A few weeks ago he started being nice and congratulating me on my new job, I knew something was coming. Last week he asked to go to dinner and wanted to clear the air 🤣🤣 then told me he knows he’s destined to be a husband and realizes (once again) that I’m the wife for him. Mind you, we did premarital counseling in 2021 and then he broke up with me 2 weeks later because I caught him in a lie. 🤣 I took him back because I was so hopeful that he had finally got it together. Nope! He continued to break up with me until I caught on to his bs and finally told myself enough!!! I went back to him so many times and I never thought I would be able to say no to him. But listening to him talk made my stomach hurt!! It was comical that he was saying the same exact things to try to win me back…yet again. Claimed he talked to one of the brothers at the church and blah blah. Then he said the lady he was dealing with he had to cut off because she wasn’t who she said she was. I asked for clarity and he got irritated and said it didn’t matter. He ended it because he saw the red flags, but of course he ignored them because he was desiring love and commitment so strong and he settled. 😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was listening just eating my popcorn like “This fool really should be on TV” I have absolutely no desire to be with him any longer. I feel nothing but disgust and pity for him. During the time he was dealing with the other lady, my son would come home talking about how she would come over and cook and play uno…I said not one word because I knew it wouldn’t last because he is exactly who I said he was. A damn narcissist who continues to repeat the same pattern. I guess now things didn’t work out he wants to disrupt my world again. Absolutely not!!! Had the nerve to say “I know it seems like I deal with other women and then when it doesn’t work out I come back to you but that’s not what it is at all” hahaha he is so delusional and I’m so at peace. No thank you!!! Go back to where you’ve been. 💅
He keeps blocking me only to unblock me over and over. He blocks me more times in a month than not. He doesn't want me but he doesn't want anyone else to have me either. He knows it's good . Right now I'm just planning on continuing the no contact so I can hopefully move on. This person has destroyed every ounce of happiness and self esteem that I had. 😢

It’s call soul tied when you have laid down with another person you can’t just walk away. You have committed a soul tided with that person so that’s why it is difficult to separate and it doesn’t matter if you are a narcissist.
No.. Having a soul tie with someone is because of mutual emotional and spiritual connections. Narcissists don't have that with people who don't have NPD and vica versa. Soul ties are just justifications for not getting over someone. Narcissists attract codependents because there are lack in both people. Codependents have lack of boundaries which they have to learn from being with narcissist and narcissists have lack of empathy. Codependentie is actually the reason someone can't just walk away, that's why a narcissist easily can. That's not how soul ties work.
Mine said the only good thing between us is our daughter (which he barely sees or asks about). Recently went no contact because I found out he has been going to prostitutes 😢 He tried to feed me bs about ordering for a friend😂 😂😂😂
So sorry to hear you're going through that the smartest thing I would do pertaining the child supervised visits add full custody physical and legal to you I would definitely take it to court I was married for 20 years and dealt with that and stayed in a marriage for a child that was not biologically mine due to his father and birth mother doing disgusting things❤

His story will be I met her trying to make someone else jealous and mad. He got with her to hurt me. This girl talks so much s*** about her ex-husband online. He wanted a private girl who was chill and he went to somebody who cries about her ex-husband online blabbing about all their business and now she's going to blab about him one day when he makes a mistake and it will be publicly hurtful to him. I don't know how he doesn't see how ironic that is lol they both got together out of spite to hurt other people. She got with him to make her ex-husband jealous and regretful and he slept with her to make me sad and get back at me. And their whole relationship started with drinking moonshine and getting s***-faced so it's not set up for longevity. I want myself to win but I wanted him to win too and it sucks he didn't want to win together. I can't stop somebody from making asinine decisions and ruining their life

He left me who was loyal to a fault and represented stability for his young son who's mother recently passed. The new supply was so careless that cps took him away because the 8 year old boy tested positive for meth! But yeah he chose her over me and his son for a while at least.

She still brings up all of the exes she’s had even though they’re no longer in contact. She still sounded upset that one ex from years ago still won’t talk to her.
She’s likely saying similar things about me. The important thing to remember is that just because they still think about you, it doesn’t mean they think about you fondly. You’re just in a different type of harem. You’re in the failed relationship/unavailable harem instead of the active rotation of options.
They’re also likely bringing you up to triangulate the new supply. Especially since you aren’t there to set the record straight and call out the BS.

I've only seen the narc I was dealing with 2 times and we had a situationship for years. He hoovered and I reverse hoovered. He wanted to see me a third time but I didn't feel safe so I kept him on the line for years, I was madly in love with him but for my own safety didn't want to meet him again since his masked slipped a lot of times. I insulted him, said his d was too small, his car was ugly, I called his family names. He then smeared me to 30 people I didn't even knew and is now married to someone else and said he couldn't wait to marry and show off to hurt me. He shows it off that he's married now years later. My question is, did he forget about me now in this situation since he got married and there's someone in the picture who he builds a future with?
It's depends on the supply they get from the new supply. If he/she better than you to provide them supply, they will forget about you and anything like a hot potato. But if the new supply just a "I can have supply" thing, he won't forget you. My ex narcisstist can't even forget his ex wife for years and admit he stil love her, if she told him back he would. But he cheated on her so many times in the past so she enough of him. His ex wife is truly grade A supply, such a beautiful women with Grace money and status. But you know that narcisstist people Will never be enough with just one people cuz they need more and more supply, just worsen by age...

My kids was in his life when they was little he watch them grow-up 18 years is a long time to see each other everyday spend time everyday live together he move with me to the country in wallis,Texas, I left and move back with him to his momma I got a apartment he move with me he was living at apartments in town he got lock up again in 2008 we married while he was lock up in Huntsville,texas he was there 3 years I came back home I decide to move us somewhere away from environment to Brenham, texas he stay there but started drama wanting to get back to Fort bend county, but we was still married he cheated I got mad divorce he convenience me to still be the side chick ex-wife and did continue to be entangle with others women hoping he would change and mend our relationship back without getting married again just be together I stay it was a roller coast I was on we was together everyday going place hanging out still having relationship behind close doors the family knew this he talk about with his sibling about us, the siblings ask me to step in care for my ex-mother-in-law saw him everyday we still had this bond together I saw the red flags but didn't know what I was dealing with. He alway told I wasn't going no where we was going to grown old together and as of last year he just discarded me had a new supply waiting in the wings move hervin the momma house. Everyday I feel like I stop existing in his life like I'm not a memory but there so much I memory like certain songs come tje radio, he like Sanford and son, my middle name is Jean remove the j and add the letter D our middle name I work with individually with the name Rodney I had to deal with that everything around me remind me of him. But I just feel did he forget me like that I'm not a memory to him anymore. It hurt alot but I move on trying to heal from hurt he cause after wasting time with someone who really didn't care two pennies about me. I'm 56 years old he living his life with someone else and I'm all lone trying to piece together what I did wrong all I try to be was a good woman to him but I lose myself in the process of being there for him he was never down for from the beginning he lies to me 18 years.😢
I know my ex narc think about me 8years long, he got arrested for domestic violated the order of protection twice now a year narc free he has to take dv classes I know he think about me I found out during court he got arrested 4 times for domestic was never had charges put against him not with me
