Educational, thank you. Since you mentioned it at the end, can you do a video on the flag of The Netherlands please? I am Dutch so that's why I'm interested. I know of the influence of Napoleon in Western Europe and The Netherlands so I always thought there'd be some sort of connection and or influence flag-wise there. The little emperor even was in my hometown during that time, although it was for a very short time. He saw the potential of it becoming the so called Gibraltar of the North.
In Paris quite a few years ago, I saw the Place de La Bastille. The fort was long gone, but its outline was marked in different-colored stones on the plaza. It was surprising how SMALL it was. Pictures of the storming of the Bastille exaggerate its size. It was not a huge fort, but a small fortalice. And there were all of seven prisoners in there when it was captured, all of whom were real criminals, not the political prisoners the revolutionaries expected to find.
