Yes the XT does have hyperpro front and rear suspension. And Leovince exhausts.
Didn't name these as they were already on the XT when i bought her ;)

Netjes, ik rijdt ook een xt660. Wel leuk altijd dat je in de eerste 5 seconde hoort bij iedere Engels pratende Nederlander, dat hij ook daadwerkelijk een Nederlander is. Leuke video.

Ja, het blijft een typisch accentje door het engels heen. Echt accentloos engels zal ook niet snel gebeuren.

Yeah, it has become clear how important good quality brakelines are, so that is something we will keep in mind for a future second bike xD

Do you mean the basic stage 1 and/or stage 2 air filters.

Ligt er aan wat je wilt aanpakken. Stalen remleidingen zijn wel een goed merkbaar verschil. Wil je een iets soepelere rit, en minder bokken, dan de Fuel mod ;)

That would be difficult, my tail tidy is home made ;)
You can check off-the-road for a tail tidy.
Or use a older Yamaha R6 and flip it upside dow,
i know it's a weird question, but i have the same bike and i wanted the exhaust to sit a little bit lower, do you think i could shorten the pipe that gets to the muffler (and bend it if need be) without messing with the compression of the engine?
In theory that sounds doable.
But honestly, i have no idea whether or not that would change any compression of the engine. Of course changing the stock exhaust to any other already changed the compression.
If a bend is done proper it shouldn't change to much.
If you have a PowerCommander or something similair i would do a dynotest after the new exhaust is in place, that way you can make sure the bike runs as smooth as you want to ;)
@@Meifesto ok that makes sense. Im going from stock exhaust to new exhaust + cut pipe so i would have to install a PowerCommmander anyway. The bend is really slight, just to make sure the exhaust has the same angle as before.

With a full new exhaust you can play around a bit easier, especially if you have a pc. Still need to get one myself one day ^^
I notice you have a purple spring on the rear shock. What is that and how do you find it. I'm looking to change my rear shock for something more capable.
Yes, it is a Hyperpro rearshock.
I didn't mentioned it, because it was already on the bike when i bought it ;)
The suspension is great however, so is probably worth looking into if you haven't have it yet ;)

This is the 2004 model.
It almost has 50.000km on it, but it did about 12.000 of those in the last 18 months.
