wow i don't know how i missed this video and i also don't know why i didn't think of using hydrolyzed wheat as a protein treatment! i was using gelatin on my loose hair (it's hydrolyzed collagen), but with the risk of it gelling back up upon cooling, i didn't want to use it on my starter locs. this is a great alternative. thanks so much for sharing!
I have my hydrolyzed Protein and Taliah Waajid conditioning co-wash. I hope that will that do? I have locs too but my hair isn't nearly as thick as yours so I'll use less as well. I love your hair and your presentation. So natural and beautiful! Thanks so much!

Can you just mix it with water and spray it on your hair?
Can you buy bulk wheat hydrolyzed protein powder and mix it with water and put in conditioner?
I'm pretty sure that you can! I purchased mine off of amazon and it came in all different volumes.
