D.A. S. Because the thought that pops into people’s minds these days when you say Harley, is a bunch of leather strapped chodes with patches and obnoxious exhausts
I wish Harley would learn how to market like this and not just slather their bikes, accessories, and apparel in skulls and baby boomer memorabilia. Bring back classy Harley!
Mechanical Romance. Beautiful backgrounds, music and even the builders narration. I felt as though i was having a personal conversation with him. His passion is contagious.
Me quito el sombrero con este video... la calidad del video, el acabado de la moto y las palabras de Efraon dan ganas de montarse una igual. Simplemente BRILLANTE
I used to work at a Toll Booth where we would get groups of about 25 to 50 Harleys, bike gangs mostly, come through at a time, we, the toll attendants, would lose our hearing for about the next 12 hours after they came through, some days we would have 4 or 5 groups come through, because of that I have a constantly ringing in my head now. At least the riders could wear ear protection, we couldn't.
I absolutely love how enthusiasts around the world have embraced classic American bikes like the Sportster. Our friends in Japan have done extraordinary things with them as well. Excellent video!
To begin with, absolutely stunning scenery. Petrolicious is miles ahead of other automotive channels in cinematography. My motorcycle passions have always followed those of my cars, i.e. mostly British and German. Just like cars I've had a plethora of different vintage bikes over the years (now a '63 Norton Atlas, '70 BMW R75.) As much as I love motorcycles I've never been able to get into Harley's. They've always felt slow and heavy where I prefer something quicker and more nimble. But I do have to say I really like this particular Harley. I'm not sure performance wise it offers anything special but aesthetically it is quite cool. And I think a lot of my attraction to this bike may just come from it's owner. I love any car or bike story (or car, bike itself) that the owner/builder is passionate about, that passion is often infectious. I've never been a Harley guy and most likely won't ever be, but this guy has at least made me change my mind about this particular bike. This is one Harley I wouldn't mind parking next to any BSA, Norton, Triumph, etc. Good stuff Petrolicious!
This is one of the nicest retro-touches I've seen in ages, especially where motorcycles are concerned. I love the late 50's, early 60's styling cues this sweet looking Sportster has. A very nice look, for a factory effort. :-)
Eric Hakanson An HD has never been about “how fast” or “how nimble”. If you want a track bike understood. Most street riders do not care about a Rossi look alike. I also own many motorcycles. I have not had much luck with European motorcycles reliability wise. Especially the BMW’s, Italian or British makes. Seriously bad assembly and fit and finish. Nothing that cannot be addressed. The Harley’s? The quality, fit and finish, reliability and resale is much better than any non American bike. For American interstate roads a sport bike is painfully uncomfortable on anything over an hours ride. That is why HD outsells all other big bike combined in the U.S. My BMW literal falls apart while I ride it. The handling takes some getting use to but fun. I am smitten with the Triumph’s looks but the quality is horrendous. There getting better but still sub standard build quality. The Suzuki M109 is a fantastic cross of sport and cruise. A good riding position and a stout motor. Probably my favorite bike next to my Breakout. This bike is a trend with builders Stateside. Because the HD motor is so versatile and reliable it makes a fantastic restomod. Love this type of build.
Jonathan Bachman I'm not going to get into a semantic argument over bikes. People love what they love and for as much as you live your HD there's a thousand stories of guys who say the opposite about fit and finish. Same can be said about European bikes. However I did just ride from New Mexico to Washington state over ten days on a new BMW R nine T and the bike performed flawlessly. I was able to sit upright, carve canyons with aggression in Utah when I wanted and sat back with the cruise control at 85mph and ate up miles in the California desert for hours on end. I realize this won't change your mind and I don't care to, again people like what they like, but I think it's great you like your Harley. After reading all the financial news the past few months I highly recommend you keep it. It'll be an instant classic when Harley inevitably files for bankruptcy.
Eric Hakanson You are entitled to dream of HD demise. I will not try to reason with you. Haters have been hoping for the end of HD for a long time. Ignorance is just not a European trait. But what can one do but smile and move on. And as far as your bikes keep wrenching. You may one day ride then with “ no issues”. Best of luck. But if you are bored check out consumer reports. A non profit organization that DOES NOT care what the badge is on the bike. Peer pressure, image or heritage does not sway facts. You will find that your “ European “ bikes are inferior the HD or the American made Japanese bike. It is Gentlemen such as yourself that perpetuate the hate and ignorance of brands. Nice speaking to you. Be safe.
Impresionante !! Una maravilla de moto. Como dueño de sportster customizada, me impresiona una barbaridad el trabajo. Creo que es una de las mejores Sportster que he visto nunca.
UPS... I wrote my coment in spanish.. sorry. Awesome. A true motorcycle wonder. As I own a custom sportster, I am very impressed by the quantity and quality of the work done . I think this is the one of the best sportster I have ever seen .
Not a Sporster fan, except for the original, but this one, WOW. Styling of the old, proportioned right and doesn't shake out your molars! Bueno, muy bueno!
...and listening to and watching this bike it sounds like this engine has the perfect power and torque curves and engine sounds to enjoy the beautiful Spanish country side.
I don’t want to turn on the closed captions... because we all speak the same language when it comes to motorcycles. It’s universal. We all “speak” motorcycle. 🏁
I'm pleased to see the creative choice not to use English translations, I think it emphasizes uniquely individualistic purity of the combination between this man and motorcycle. Amazing motorcycle, amazing cinematography!
I have a 2018 sportster and I love it, however your bike is the most beautiful creation I have ever seen, I wish mine could be like this. Wonderful, beautiful, fabulous.
What a cool dude. Great build and cinematics. I own and ride a 2017 XL1200X harley sportster forty eight, a throwback to the peanut tank on the 1948 Harley 125S or hummer bike. Harley gets a bad rap all the time but is full of heritage. And like efraon says here, the 2016 and up bikes are modern, fuel injected, have great handling and are fun, i have a blast daily riding mine. Nice efraon was able to follow his passion and dreams. Only thing i would add for others watching, is wear gloves! Everytime.
Awesome film as usual, stunning location and cinematography and an amazing bike he has. So unique and beautiful. But what I love the most is the guy himself. Love his philosophy on life, living and his entire approach to how he wants to live is so inspiring to me. I hope I can live like that too, free, on my own terms, doing things I love, be my own man. Kudos Petrolicious for a great film.
Bikes stir the soul so much more than cars. It's the 'iron horse' connection I think. I have a Ducati 1199s Panigale and as crazy as it sounds I see her like a trusted horse. Great work Petro.
Efraon!!! Excelente máquina! Has conseguido captar la esencia de las motos de los 50s. Un look que muchos harlistas quisieran y que sólo recurriendo a buenos artesanos, se puede conseguir. Tú lo lograste. Saludos desde Argentina. Petrolicious...great video!
Others have probably already mentioned this but... He could sell a batch of these in the States. Or maybe kits to convert your basic Sportster into the classic icon that it should be.
Great bike, great movie (good be better if cut 4 minutes shorter). Amazing bike is 100 times better looking and riding than those childish American chopper builds 😀 This man had taste and style
Mira que yo soy especialito para las proporciones en las motos creadas por otros.....solo te voy a decir una cosa.....sigue haciendo tu sueño....good job
This guy gets Harley bikes more than Harley does.
You said it right there.
Interesting. Why do you say that? I volunteer at a Harley dealership and it'd be nice to have the feedback. Thanks.
D.A. S. Watch the video you’ll get your answer
Wow, that's deep. Thanks so much.
D.A. S. Because the thought that pops into people’s minds these days when you say Harley, is a bunch of leather strapped chodes with patches and obnoxious exhausts
Now that is a Harley I would be proud to seen riding. Beautiful rendition of a classic.
This is exactly 2 works of Art - the bike and the movie...
I wish Harley would learn how to market like this and not just slather their bikes, accessories, and apparel in skulls and baby boomer memorabilia. Bring back classy Harley!
IMO they are!
Aaron Greer YES
Aaron Greer Drunk fat slobs with huge bellies are who Harley markets to. Fucken trash.
Aaron Greer and wish their prices should go down as well. The

Bravo! Best Harley Davidson Sportster concept for me! Love it. All my love from Greece
Excellent work! The bike is beautiful, take it from a guy who loves his old 1969 Harley FLH for the last 38 years.
Me quito el sombrero con este video... la calidad del video, el acabado de la moto y las palabras de Efraon dan ganas de montarse una igual. Simplemente BRILLANTE
Do more bikes!
Hamzah Patel Yes Hamzah! 🇺🇸
Mike Yerke
Badass display pic you've got there
Hamzah Patel Thank you. Watch my videos! Nice to hear from you! 🏁
yes please!
Now THAT's a Sporty I'd ride with pride! What a wonderful work of art Efraon.
I'm no motorcycle expert but i genuinely thought that was a 50's bike. Wonderful craftsmanship.
cam welch late 50s
@@AlexNijv what the fuck difference does it make? "50's"
Fantastic! What a great motorcycle. That dude is tuned in!
Harley bikes will never go out off fashion.
They been there long enough to roam the world
Not really a Harley fan, but that area looks like a biker's paradise.
Charles Damery agree with this. The area look really beautiful
Charles Damery „not really a Harley fan“?? hahah you‘re an idiot... jealous is bad little kid

Café Carburado i owned a HD....under engineered over priced polluting CRAP 💩
The area is in Almeria, Spain. The natural park “Cabo de Gata”. And “ Sierra de los Filabres”. Amazing place
I absolutely love how enthusiasts around the world have embraced classic American bikes like the Sportster. Our friends in Japan have done extraordinary things with them as well. Excellent video!
Mind-blowing! Thanks Efraon, this bike looks and sounds amazing
Wow! This guy remade the “K” model. What a beautiful bike. And the exhaust sound is perfect coming through that 2 into 1 shaker! Bravo!

One of the best vídeo that I watched
Truly amazing....few people in this life find their passion and r able to follow their heart's desire....
The paint scheme on the tank is brilliant, it gives the illusion of a much flatter bike.

Gran video e historia, ni que hablar de la hermosa Sportster
@Petrolicious Could you maybe give us a list of the filming routes you take for each new video?

I LOVE IT. Amazingly shot as always.

Simply Stunning
Why Harley can't produce something like this is baffling.
Bad ass bike in the video though. Looks cool in action.
Ese tío es un soñador ejecutor, un verdadero artista .
Really really glad to see spanish people doing art, because spain is a country of artist's.
I love this, I just wish there was a transcript of what he said or subtitles available so I could know what he is saying.
Brilliant.. I love your work
Excelente historia y fantástico trabajo
