It is amazing how much has been added to the game because there is a lot of improvements and new things. They have redone the painting designs, added a extra type of painting, added 2 new portraits, a new gallery, achievements , 2 player,more options to play and a better hidden mansion (if you are in America). This is a great remake

The original gallery was a lot creepier and moody and less like a visual representation of a menu and I don't care much for the changes in general other than the bronze paintings being sketches but I can see why they made the changes they did.

Love what they did with them, in the original some Gold frames looked awful as heck or not as good as even some hecking Bronze ones because of that obsession of using basic photoshop filters to stylize them
Somehow this makes me think how Nintendo has not yet implemented a similar achievement to Sony and Microsoft. PlayStations Trophies are the achievement on the PlayStation, and Microsoft Achievements are the achievements on the Xbox.
AlphaApple I want Nintendo to add achievements to their systems or at least more games since achievements can help add more replay value and give you something to work towards when you feel you've done everything.

currently I'm stuck on the final bowser fight in the hidden mansion then again I tried once and just gave up because it seemed really hard but I can barely get a platinum on anybody and you have all of them, props to you!

You'll need to play at least 9 times. Unlike the OG, this game tracks the different ranks you get, so no matter how many achievements you can rack up in a run, you'll still need to get all the ranks as you hunt the achievements down.

My god was this not worth getting. I finished all this two days ago and god, I wish you got a better reward. Cheat codes, power ups, extra modes, ANYTHING, but all you get is a goddamn trophy? Ugh

I've had the same problem, but in my game there just was a translation mistake which kept me from getting this achievement. You just have to play through normal mansion without the health dropping to 80 HP.
For non-boss portrait ghosts: suck up 145 out of 150 hp in one go(only possible in the Hidden Mansion) For Boss Portrait Ghosts: Defeat the Boss while having at least 95 HP or more(only possible in the Hidden Mansion)

I do not have the C-Stick. I use the D-Pad. But it is true, with a remote on emulator, it can be fixed.

If you start over without deleting the entire file, the progress in the lab IS kept normally.
