Join Ken Haedrich, dean of The Pie Academy, for two live November classes designed to dial down the overwhelm of holiday cooking and turn up the pleasures of being in the kitchen during this celebratory season. In the first of these classes, on Sunday, November 13th, Ken provides a fresh take on Thanksgiving dessert with a class called Not Your Mama's Thanksgiving Pies. Then on Sunday, November 20th, he'll cook up a trio of crowd-pleasing brunch ideas to brighten holiday mealtime.
