I am looking forward to preparing this peach pie! Wow, a cornmeal crust! I have to try this crust.
Hello Ines! I think you'll love this pie, so I hope you reall do have a chance to try it. The crust is one of my favorites, too. Thanks for tuning in.
The pie looked delicious. I noticed that the bottom crust was nicely browned, it’s the first place I look when anyone cuts into a pie. I have a similar pan that has holes in the bottom. I’m going to order the pan you were using.Thanks. I did signup for the new academy. I think putting those two books together is a great idea.
Jean - Me too! I always look at the bottom crust first; pretty disappointing when a bottom crust is underdone. I think you'll enjoy the pan when you get it. Nothing fancy, just a real work horse. Thanks for watching.
Hi to my best pie man Ken. It look good and I will give it a try and see if this navy baker can do it, tell Bev ,Hi ----------------------------Lee the night baker

Wow that pie looks mouth wateringly delicious! Great timing too because I just went to the Farmer's Market yesterday and got some lovely peaches. I love your videos and your bools. Thanks for all your hard work!
