DEEP THETA HEALING SESSION [Listen to it for At least 3 minutes]
How to use it:
1. Find a comfortable position, it can be sitting or laying. Even if you will fall asleep it will still do the work.
2. Mentally scan your body from head to toe and relax each muscle.
3. After you feel completely relaxed place your attention only on the sound (and video if you want).
4. Let the sound of the water cleanse you from all the pain, fear, anger, tension, or anything negative that you can feel in your body. Water is a symbol of cleansing and healing.
5. Now you should feel even more relaxed, keep up listening through your meditation until you will feel that it is enough, or feel free to fall asleep with the sound.
6. You can finish the meditation now or keep up listening to music while sleeping.

If anyone who is depressed reading my comment right now, do not do anything stupid. Seek help. Talk to somebody. Go outside. Never stay alone when you are depressed. Life is beautiful, maybe not always but most of the times. Be grateful for your existance. Pray to your God who created you and be content. Lower your expectations. Be happy with whatever you have. I've never watched videos like this or even heard of your channel, but this just showed up today. I very had a rough few months with moving and having a baby (at 16 years old), not being able to live with my boyfriend, a.k.a. baby daddy, and not having much help at home. Its been interesting to say the least, but this is so calming and the comment section is so kind and understanding and it really just warms my heart to be at peace for the first time since I was 6. Thank you for this ❤

It's evening and I've been so hurt and anxious. I came across this video. Just to try the 3 minutes I did and it's been more than 30 minutes I'm still listening. Heavy sigh came and I just closed my eyes and something in me just melted and now I m writing this and I feel like I'm flying and it's so peaceful.

This reminds me of when my mother became absolutely beautiful pure energy. I was sitting beside her, leaning over her and as she finally just released to join the Divine realm I felt her energy being pulled backwards as if through a dark tube, on her way to a purely blessed and peaceful calm. About fifteen minutes later, my brother who has been a sweet practicing Buddhist said, "Hey Shar, do you feel that burst of energy in the room, now. It's Mom!" And, it was amazing and it was absolutely real! My mother has never left me, but when I choose positive thoughts and feelings she is an obvious presence...signs, messages and synchronicities. I see her birthday all the time! I am so lucky to be connected to such a beautiful and kind energy. Oh Spirit, thank you. Every day, thank you. Thank you for the beautiful energy of this wonderful video! 🧘♀️🙏💙💫💫💫❣

It does help you connect to your intuition, a knowing within you. You CAN do it as well. I like to read books about my inner being. I send you many blessings of enlightenment as I work even more on mine. ❣

Knowing that there are people out there who can go through life and inspire, and become better by learning from their experiences no matter what they go through is a motivation. There is a negativity in this world, especially today and finding even one person who has done as you have is an inspiration to me to reach for my dreams and not give up. They have been few and far between for me lately.I know Spirit is always willing to play,but only when my vibe is high. @@stormfield9431 Ofcourse I understand completely what you mean. Makes perfect sence. I have moments of repeated synchronicity happens to me out of nowhere then somethings tells me to meditate and actually feel the emotions that ride with it and let whatever you feel get released. I have a hard time being vulnerable and I am practicing "feeling the emotion" instead of blocking it. So with meditation it helps me let go without judgement to myself. I am getting better but trauma is there so day by day. I also have moments like you, Where I know my vibrations could be higher not in a low state bc I always remain positive and optimistic bc I know things don't have to me they happen FOR ME, but I also know it has to do with feeling the discomfort of the process. Feeling alienated in such a oblivious society. I have more things in common with people on UA-cam comments than people I know in real life! So knowing that there is a community out there helps. We just have to trust and enjoy the journey. Awareness is deep dark and uncomfortable but atleast we've gotten to this level!

When I first started listening to it I started to relax then the more I listen to it after 3 mins I had some sense of peace of mind then 17 mins into the video I started hearing voices , I suffer with minor schizophrenia and anxiety and it’s hard . I hope one day I can heal from my trauma , let’s take it a day at a time ❤️👍

I really needed this, I lost my best friend last year in Nov and I’ve been struggling with it we were friends close to 17, 18 years. I miss her everyday. I haven’t cried only at her funeral and listening to this really helped and the comment section is so kind and made me feel safe.
Live on for her sweetie. Do something everyday that would make her laugh or be proud of you! That's what I do for my best friend. Big (hug)

So much love and vulnerability here. Every single person on this planet with a heart beat has some degree of pain in life. If we could all see everyone with this level of understanding - what a world this could be. We are all energy and energy is everything. So who's to say I am any different from anyone else? You don't need to be religious to think about this - God said " let there be light" not, "there is no light". It's important to recognize how we think and choose to perceive things in life. Think of one thing you spent time worrying about today. For me, it was finances. Instead of telling myself "man how am I gonna handle these bills" I turned it around and reminded my self " the universe will provide to me everything I need"
It can for you too, you just have to welcome it to.
