- This is my tribute to the relationship between Naked Snake and The Boss from "Metal Gear Solid 3". Please rate, comment and of course enjoy!

Plus,there's really no "kings" in this world,because a king lives by his own laws in the entire land,today that doesn't exist,except maybe United Kingdom,and that's maybe if the king is by any mean above the law without hiding from it,different from today's "kings" who claim to be king but they really are T-Rex(king of tyrants) who live like rats doing their fuckery in the sewers. Look at Jeffrey Epstein,a tyrant with tail in my hometown in the Caribbean taking the beautiful girls to turn them into their sex toys. Fuk that fuker

God , the combination of this music and the images of big boss as a man who's spirit has been broken and who's actions were manipulated.... It really gets to me.

But Solid Snake existing literally just because they wanted a soldier in case Big Boss defecting is also hard to deal with. besides being used countless times without being told properly what he would be doing, which made him himself get out of military life, getting older sooner due to something they installed in his body as a fail safe which would make a normal human being not even be able to stand from bed, and he had to defeat a team of super powered soldiers who were literally obliged to do bad things, and he only learned this after defeating each one, besides many other fucked up things that happened in his life. Snake had it hard too. Boss, Big Boss and Solid Snake were all pawns and used and abused. Even Raiden, which also was tragic as fuck!
The scenes fit perfectly with the song...
When the lyrics say "they'll tell you what they know, but they won't show", it kind of explains the whole game. They told Snake/Big Boss he was sent on a completely different mission, telling him they don't know a lot about where The Boss is. Sokolov was just a training dummy. They never told him the goverment wanted The Boss dead, even though they knew she died for her country. If The Boss told him the truth the mission would be a failure. The goverment told Snake what they knew, but didn't show the truth. It's basically MGS3 in just those few words.

the parts where Boss confronts snake and leaves him splayed across the ground. It really gets me how he crawls after her... How he still loves her how he reached out his hand expecting her love only to be thrown from the bridge.
And knowing she still loves him and it hurts her just as much as him but she has to hurt her closest friend to save the world and in turn let him take her life. That is so heavy and deep, I cry everytime

I just finish this game few days ago for the first time in my life, after playing metal gears games, i think this is the best game ever. Thinking that the Phantom pain it was gonna be the best game ever, but sadly Konami ends being a traitor and didn't let Kojima end his game. Still a great game though. Long live Mister Hideo Kojima
You connect more with Naked Snake and it's hard to believe that such a likeable guy would be leading child soldiers with nukes in 30 years

The relationship between The Boss and Snake is the one true iconic relationship in the whole Metal Gear Solid series. The Boss and Snake both had hard lives. I have never seen a relationship so honorable.

Other than Snake I don't think I've ever respected a character in the Metal Gear series more than The Boss. She knew what she had to do, she played her part, and carried the fucked-up truth with her to that unmarked grave. You can feel the frustration and reverence in Big Boss' expression at the end of the game.

I remember when playing the ending scene to this game, after realizing all that the boss has sacrificed, and how painful that sacrifice was to naked snake, when this song came on, tears streamed down my eyes, this is the first video game ever to evoke such emotion out of me!

I still remember the fight against The Boss. This Game just managed to build up a connection with her. I refused to use any weapons on the boss. I just felt like i have to beat her with the CQC which she taught Snake. It wasn't easy and it took quiet a while. When i managed to win and was forced to pull the trigger... I was waiting for about 10 Minutes. I just hoped the game would allow me to not shoot... The game didn't allowed it. This game gave me goosebumps. Sometimes i just return to this song and remember this piece of Art!

This is my favorite song from the Metal Gear saga. Other close contenders are "The Best is Yet to Come," "Nuclear," "The War Still Rages Within," "Quiet's Theme," and "A Stranger I Remain". This series has the best soundtrack of any game series, in my opinion, but then again, I am biased. I absolutely love Metal Gear.

Literally just finished the game today that ending was hard to watch it’s different then mgs2 with the manipulation she had to do all these things not just for here but for snake and everyone in the us and no one will ever know the things she had to give up to make sure it all stayed together

It was about 5 years ago or more since i first watched this clip and it was so touching that made me to fall in love with MGS Series ever since,i knew metal gear in my childhood but this video and emotional editing composition i can say it changed my view on so many things,big thanks to whoever made this amazing edit
Hands down best game in the entire series, soundtrack, atmosphere, mechanics, difficulty and lore. I stan the fuck outta Both bosses.
Still love the idea of being able to essentially tape a compound leg fracture back to function in the sweaty mosquito filled jungle with no lasting impact.
No matter how many times I watch this ending, I always receive a hit right in the feels.
MGS3 will always be the best MGS game and best game overall I've ever played. There has been few since I played and completed this one that made me actually both emotionally and heavily invested in both the story and game play. It was just a thrill ride and a history course in regards to the Cold War on top of it. Absolutely fantastic!

Mgs3 was the first in the series I played, when I was kid. I know I missed out on enjoying some amazing games in the ones that came before it. I've played them. But mgs3 connects with me the most and thus the Boss and the Big Boss, naked snake, connect with me more than solid snake.
This game, this series easily smashed through my heart to become one of my most loved.
If I'm being honest this game probably taught me a lot of my gaming skills in shooter and stealth. Awareness, heck even tracking.
when I play this game in ps2 I was 18 ..and my English was very bad.. I couldn't understand most of it.. but still made me cry in the end.. I thought she is his mom.. I was hoping MGSV will be good as this game.. but no.. there is nothing like MGS3💔

No proper fan of the MGS franchise can say that Snake Eater wasn’t the best game out of all of them- gameplay and story-wise.
I don't know how Kojima does it. I absolutely love the series. I hadn't been a fan until I attended a VGL concert and heard the Snake Eater opening theme. I instantly wanted to get into it and that's exactly what I did. Metal Gear to me feels so real with the characters and the story and the problems, even while it makes no sense at all (which, as anybody who's played any MGS game will know, happens a whole lot). I love it to death. Great video too, by the way.

I have only played MGS3 on the 3DS and I'm going to play MGS1 next, this game became one my all time favourites. I'm really scared that Big Boss is going to die in another game, I really don't want that to happen 😢. Whether he does or not, Big Boss will always be in my heart.
After playing this game not only is it my favorite game ever made but Big Boss in a landslide is my favorite character in gaming. He goes through so much in this game and through his whole life. You can’t help but feel for him and respect his resiliency at the same time.
If you press R1, in the Boss grave scene, you can view in first person, his grave through the tearful snake's eyes...a very sad and hidden moment.

After playing this masterpiece of a game you get this soundtrack and lines up perfectly with how the snake felt and how he was betrayed and how the boss took the fall,, it’s sad and beautiful at the same time, this game is a true masterpiece and deserves a remake in next gen graphics,, although the nostalgia of playing the older version will always be their.
