Lauren Worley, the Communications Director of Tampax, and Tanya, a 2024-2025 Girl Up USA Youth Advisor, have an open discussion about menstruation in general, destigmatizing the topic by allowing girls to feel comfortable having conversations about their period. Lauren engaged the leaders in the room with a demonstration of how to use a tampon and how to decide what period products were right for them.
