@@RBTheMechanic I replaced my serpentine belt and two idler pulleys on my 2011 GL 450 using your video instructions, but when I started, engine reved up and stayed on even after taking the ignition key out. Is this normal please advise
Al Abbasi no somthing is wrong there but it dosent have anything to do with belts or pullies maybe u hard remout start or the ignition had a stuck relay or somthing in that manners

Sorry I don’t have information on parts but if u if u call up Autozone or pepboys they can give u the part number

Hey im having trouble using a 17mm socket on my 2007 GL450... Is '07 a different size? It almost looks like it has a torx but hard to see.

At 5:57, I thought you said you were going to change a pulley. You also said if you are replacing one, then you might as well change them all. Did you change any? If so, did you do it without removing the radiator? Can you do it without removing the rad? Thanks
Cuzimada Papushkian yeah I changed the pully it but it was wrong I changed it few weeks after u don’t need to replace the radiator or fan i have mother video on another marcades similar one it was easy

What May cause my belt to pop?
Somthing jammed brakes the belt or it was toooooo old and cracked apart

@@RBTheMechanic I mean is it a GL450 X164 (2006-2012) or a GL450 X166 (2013-2019). My belt broke while driving it and I can’t find V-Belt diagram anywhere for the X166 and I’m not sure of the difference between the models. Thanks!
