Hi Vicky thanks for your questions. A few tips: focus on overall good feeling, not on the numbers. Progress slowly. This is not a race. Try to identity what it is that makes you tense. Work on that. All the best ✌️
Usually an empty stomach makes me more relaxed while diving.

@@gertleroy yes exactly and I feel very comfortable in my dive 😉 sometimes I have a light breakfast as u said before 3 to 4 hours from diving
