If Steffie is reading this, solo travel is amazing. You just need to make the jump to see if it's for you. I've gone to so many countries on my own like India, Mexico, Chile, Thailand and many European counties.
Start with an easy country like Denmark, Finland or Netherlands. I would say Japan but they are close to tourist right now.

I have a theory that instagram explore filters what's most popular on the platform with some relation with what you follow. For example, I'm a photographer and I shoot and follow most street photographers. But I also follow photographers of many other styles, including a fitness and a cats photographer, and fitnees and cats with no relation with photography represents most of my explore page.

I hope the mommy who called in looking for tips on how to raise her baby knows that she is doing a great job! It's not easy to incorporate multiple different traditions, especially ones you're unfamiliar with yourself, but focus on what feels right for you and your family. There's no one size fits all answer to parenting. You just learn and grow as you go. 🙂

I think the host has some inherent negative energy. always bashing people. even if it is a bit, it's a bad bit.

I don't understand the fascination with 'traveling alone'. or going to the movies alone, or going to a restaurant alone. why people glorifying being a loner, everything in life is more fun with friends, especially traveling or going out.
If one cannot stand being alone and happy in their own company then there will always be a dependency on others to validate a good time. Having said that, shared experiences are nice as well. Nothing wrong with mixing it up here and there.
