Loved all those cute clusters! It is not a day without Gayle, My husband and I moved across country to be near family. It has been hard to relocate at age 70. With covid and all we have met very few people. You are my scrappy friend to spur me on. TFS
I love the tiny people, it's so random but so cute
Love Scrappy Saturdays. Your clusters are great and I could see me using them in a multitude of ways.
Pretty snippets. Love embellishing with them. Great Scrappy Saturday.

Thanks Gayle for sharing such a fun scrappy Saturday! It is fun making snippets.😍🌴
Lovely scrappy clusters Gayle. Can’t wait to see you manly journal. I think I will be doing one as soon as I’m done with Valentines journals. Hugs, Amy💕
Good day for a scrappy Saturday! Sitting at a balmy -11 degrees Celsius (12 degrees Fahrenheit) here today.🥶🥶🥶 I remember when my kids were small (1985) and a tornado touched down just south and North of us. It was a very still and eerie day, all day. I recall the devastation from Mount St. Helens eruption very well also. ❤️🇨🇦
What a great idea to staple, much quicker then glue!
I Love scrappy Saturday.💕
A "distress intervention!" LOL! Thanks for sharing your cluster making and decorating!
Wow. Great lot of snippets. Love Timmy people too.😻🇦🇺👌🦘
Watching your scrappy video on Monday, your snippets are so lovely. I love watching your creative layering...please never stop. I remember the day of Mt st Helens eruption. Quite scary and surreal. It reminds me that our earth and environment is always moving, changing. Sometimes with great suddenness. I cant believe the amount of beautiful snippets you made, and I love the end result. On to your next video, I have some catching up to do.
Some great clusters today Gayle!!! I do really love the Tim Holtz ones you made at the end. I love the Tim Holtz paper dolls too!!! TFS!!! Hugs, Sharon 🌷💜
Those turned out great & are such fun to watch you make.
Good Morning Gayle!

Flowers🌸, butterflies🦋 & Timmy people...OH MY what another wonderful Scrappy Saturday...TFS!! 😊💖 True confession time: I was one of those people who thought Timmy people were "creepy" 🙈 until I saw you decorating w/ them...then I had a change of heart!! Now, I have a bunch of my own, & always love it when you use them!!😁😘
I enjoy making clusters!
Yay scrappy Saturday!!🤗 good morning Gayle
Morning, Denise! ❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct thanks for sharing your Mt.St. Helens experience. I think the documentary said that people 9 states east of Washington had ash fall. Pretty creepy!
A distress intervention!! I love it! I know what you mean. I have a hard time not distressing. It just doesn’t seem finished unless I do! Beautiful clusters. I have been working on clusters too for my shop. Love them a lot. Fun scrappy Saturday!😊❤️🦋
I was a sophomore in high school in Brookings Oregon when Mount St. Helens blew, a couple of days after the eruption we woke up to the same thing, it was like it had snowed ash. I had to broom off my truck to go to school that morning. I can remember my mom was really worried about one of my brothers who lived in Tacoma at the time. Love your stories!
I love Brookings! 😍. We have rented a vrbo on the ocean there several times! ❤️
I love every single one! Wow!!
Wow...I think I counted 26 pieces! That was awesome!
Gayle, glad we could help!😽
These are really quick and nice to use up some scraps. I remember when Mount St Helen erupted but I don't remember what I was doing. Lol!
Scrappy clusters are my favorite. When I’m stressed, this is what I do to de-stress. 💕
Heehee, when you said you were so totally absorbed in what you were doing that you weren't talking, I was so absorbed with you that I didn't even notice you had stopped talking!🤦♀️🤣So much fun, thank you!👍😘
Hi Gayle, GM from West Kelowna, BC 🇨🇦. I just love your great and happy style. I learn so much from you, I hope you stay well.
Excited to watch sand learn 😊💕Thank you❤️
Love it. Love it all. Thanks for sharing.
These look like ccx so much fun to make. I truly enjoy watching your videos because I learn so much I want to try. Thanks
What a productive day! This was so timely because I want to make some snippets soon! I'm going to cheat a bit because I need some lace trim so I'm going to go buy 1/4 yards of a few. I haven't sewn in years so I can't find my bag of trim that I've had for decades. It pains me a bit because I can still see it clear as day in my head. There was some leftover lace from my 8th grade graduation dress my mom made me, some white and pink crochet trim that was my grandmother's...Gosh I hope I find it one of these days.
Thanks Gayle! I needed ideas for decorating some journals and these different snippet/clusters are perfect. I don’t usually comment but I love listening and watching you while I work on my books :)
Thank you so much! ❤️
Happy scrappy - Hugs.
This process has been so helpful to me! Thank you!
Funny that I’m saying yes & no right along with you as you’re adding layers 😆
These are awesome. Love them! Xx
Love watching you make these. Enjoy watching how you layer and then embellish them. I learn so much when you do these! It's been another fun filled week watching your videos! Have a blessed day.

Morning Angela! Happy (Scrappy) Saturday! ❤️
Thank you Gayle! I have never seen clusters done this way before and I think I would feel more confident doing them this way. I struggle to do them one at a time. Not sure why but I just overthink it. Thanks for sharing. xx
Boy you really did a lot! thanks for hanging out with me making your beautiful projects while I'm packing it's good to have the company!! 🤗🐞🥰
Loved it. I love to make clusters. Have a great day.
Wow! You got so much done! I would have a very hard time picking which one I like the most.
Love your snippets! I live in WA so I remember that day and will never for get it. We felt the rumble and wondered what in the heck. What a mess the ash was.
The small snippets are so cute!
You have a great eye for layering ...I always love watching you create!
Your laugh is contagious! Love your raspy giggle and your great work!!
Your talented and entertaining! Great job with the clusters.

Oh, Gayle, you are such an inspiration. You make being superbly creative and incredibly organized look like an easy combo! I wish! On top of that, just like your grandson (I think?) I find your videos to be soothing enough to be a lullaby! Thank you for sharing your gifts. You are a blessing!
That was a fast hour. Enjoyed watching you make those beautiful clusters. I to remember the day Mount St Helens erupted. I lived in Southern California but we got a lot of the ashes too. Thank you for sharing your memories.
Ok Gayle two things. I also love Tim Holts people. And great minds think alike. The last paper ephemera you did. I was whispering butterfly. And in the end you picked a butterfly. Lol❤️
Now this is what you call a "fun playtime"!! Great video Gayle!! Love the clusters/snippets!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
I like your mass making. I think it's a real time saver and they turn out awesome !!!
I love, love, love all of 5hey finished clusters
When Mt Saint Helen's erupted, I hadn't lived in WA state long. I'd come from Libby and have always wondered how much of the ash dumped there ahd other towns in MT. Thanks for your memories
Boy, you just did a bunch. I love doing the snippets. When I watch you I consider it making with you. That hour went by very quick. Thanks for a great start to my Saturday. Hugs💝💝💝
Scrappy Saturday is always a favorite, love all the clusters!
Nicely done!♥️
Fantastic idea 👍 great job 👏 will have to give it a try 😀
Goodies for new journals
I lived in Washington when the Mountain Blew and it was my Graduation year 1980 I could see the mountain from the front porch of my parents house. We could see the plums of smoke. I even graduated on schedule.
Hi Gayle, I just love your scrappy Saturday’s so cool, and thanks for the shout out and using the flowers they all looked so cute on your little scrappy clusters. Big hugs. 💕🌸💕
Mt St Helens blew and I was in the backyard weeding with my father and grandmother. A friend of mine was lying on the grass and remarked that the mountain blew. No, we disagreed and looked over in the direction of St Helens. Sure enough! It had a black plume from it. Oh my the ASH! my grandmother was saving it and using it to clean the grease off her stove hood and so on. It was pretty abrasive! It was a very weird day indeed.
Wow! You were super productive today! I would say you are pretty well stocked up now! Great job! Makes me want to make more clusters and snippets since I sold all of mine and didn’t keep any for my work… lol! 😂
Good morning Gayle!! You just reminded me how old I really am....😂...the first time Mt St Helens blew was a week before my 18th birthday. I remember waking up and thinking the world came to an end. It was very scary!! At that time we lived down on the coast by Ocean Shores. It took months for the ash to go away. I remember driving and you couldn't go far because your air filter clogged up with the ash. It was the day after my birthday when the mountain blew a second time. You got a lot of snippets made and they all turned out so pretty!! Love scrappy Saturday's...💜
Neat, lots of goodies to use. I need to make some too. One of those guys looked like he had his hand out to pet the dog. But you chose the lady instead. I was in Seattle a year ago in Nov. and actually got some earrings that look like emeralds made from the Mt. Saint Helens activity. You reminded me that I should wear them even if I am not going anywhere right now. Enjoy your day.🌹
Wow thats a lot of snippets today. TFS
These are gonna really be fun. Thanks for sharing your videos they are really inspiring 🤩 will be doing these today

I love cluster and snippet days!
Gorgeous 🥰
Well I am looking forward to seeing this Man journal !! ;) Very cute clusters today !
I love making little scraps together. So much faster when using them on page, ticket, tags, envelope etc. Just went to Hobby Lobby and spent 100.00 on Tim Holtz stuff. He is my favorite.
I love Timmy too! 😍❤️
I made it to scrappy saturday. I am in my craft room working on tags and such for journals. Gooooooood morning Gayle. Hugs to you ❤❤
You really need to have 3 tee-shirts made and put into your Etsy shop... "inkin and thinkin", "talk amongst yourselves" and todays "we need a distress intervention" ... just sayin'! LOVE Scrappy Saturday!
Lorie Wylie great idea, I’d love one
Me too!
I’d buy them!
Wow, a great way to use some of your scraps and they turned out so pretty!
Fun clusters, Gayle! Love those little flowers! I remember when Mt St Helens blew; I remember the little old man, was it(?), who refused to leave his home. I was in college in the deep South, and we wondered if the ash would make it all the way down to us.
I remember that guy, named Harry Truman.
Look so cute❣
Hi Gayle! Yeah! Happy Scrappy Saturday! Yeah! I really enjoy it when you do the snippets out of left-overs. So much fun and boy, do they add something special to a card or page.
Just love your telling of the story of Mt. St. Helen. My favorite topic as a geologist is volcanoes. I love to teach about them and so, when I hear a story like yours, I add it to my mental files. I find it very interesting how much fallout you got there, that it was dark, and you felt like you needed to protect you son. And you were right...volcanic ash is not good at all to breathe in. So, you were very wise about that. I was living in Dayton, OH when it blew and we got a tiny little ash our way. But nothing like what you got there. I also was a young mother with my 2 year old son and 5 month old daughter. What a memory that must be for you, Gayle.
I have almost got through Day 4 of COVID. Still not too bad - like a really, really bad bug and praying it stays like that. I have to keep tabs on my oxygen levels and so far, that's been doing good. It's funny, my hubby tested negative when we were tested together. But we've been told that it will possibly surface with him, too. I sure do hope not, but our friend who got it at the same time we did is doing well. So, we'll see. Just really appreciate being able to watch you right now, Gayle. You are very calming and I think the worst part of this isn't the symptoms more than it is the waiting to see if it will get worse or not. I'll just be glad when I'm on Day 15 or the symptoms start to deplete and are gone.
Well, enjoy the rest of your evening and your Sunday. God Bless you, Mr. A, and the family. Hugs! Sue
Bless you, Sue, you are in my prayers. 🙏❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct Thanks, Gayle.
I remember that day. We lived in California at the time. Family up Alameda, we were in Atwater and we were rolling newspapers for the family paper route. The cars were rocking back and forth. My Dad came out and said the water in the pool was sloshing out. Them is started with the ash coming down.
I live in Washington and was a kid when Helens blew. I remember though. The ash was so crazy. I recently went hiking at St Helen’s you can still see some of the trees that are blown down from the eruption. Really cool to see.
