Ingredients:
ENGLISH
650 g all purpose flour (5 1/4 cups)
40 g granulated sugar (1/4 cup)
1 tsp. salt
7 g dried yeast (2 tsp)
340 ml milk
2 eggs
80 ml vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
40 g unsalted butter (1/8 cup)
1 egg yolk and 2 Tbsp. milk to brush on top of the buns + sesame seeds.
SLOVAK
650 g polohrubá múka
40 g kryštálový cukor
1 čl. soľ
7 g sušené droždie
340 ml mlieko
2 vajcia
80 ml olej
1 PL ocot
40 g maslo
1 žĺtko a 2 PL mlieka na potretie + sezamové semiačka.
