there's a lot of hints about a big marvel reset coming our way. and ouroboros as the snake eating its tail is making it obvious that just like time is a loop, we're going to see things come back that we thought were gone.

19:02 Miss Minutes is a 31st Century Ultron! Kang gave her complete autonomy, and she showed in this episode that she CAN interact with the real world--she grabbed the flags, so she's not just a hologram.
We also learned in this episode that Victor was a contingency plan. What's interesting is that Victor Timely is from the Sacred Timeline! Is this story establishing that reincarnation is a thing in the MCU? TVA manual confirmed for Victor that the things he imagined are in fact real! Multiverse of Madness confirmed that dreaming is a gateway to one's variants' activities.
Victor is a Kang variant living in a time stifling his intellect. Victor will always exist because he's part of the Sacred Timeline, something that will never get pruned. That said, the moment Ravonna gave him the TVA book, she changed the past and at that moment a branch was created, and that's the timeline they all jumped to 25 years later. Still, erasing that branch, won't erase Victor Timely, as he's supposed to be there. Even if things go badly, and everything has to be done all over again, Victor is always in place to begin the cycle all over again. Is Victor actually He Who Remains? Ravonna and Miss Minutes spoke to him as though he wasn't, but would they really know?
What's going to happen when he steps foot on the TVA? When his temporal aura is detected? Will some form of contingency kick in? HWR studied every aspect of time, and he knows the script. He knows what Miss Minutes wants and he knows what Ravonna wants too.
The recap was a nice reminder of what happened last season when Ravonna told Sylvie that she didn't remember what Sylvie's Nexus Event was. I think many of us thought Ravonna was being flippant with her answer, but we now know she had her mind wiped like everyone else at the TVA, save for OB. Next week is going to be something else!
You're right, we don't know if Victor Timely is really HWR. HWR came before Ravonna and Miss Minutes, so it's likely that they don't really know either. Only the Kang variants and possibly OB would *really* know.

Nathaniel Richards (Kang-Prime) is from the 31st-century. We have to ask: how did a CHILD variant of Nathaniel Richards get planted in the Sacred Timeline, 1860s? He Who Remains had to put him there.
Does He Who Remains want to restart from an innocent place? Not all Nathaniel Richards' variants are KANG-VARIANTS. You can kind of lump all his variants into two groups:
1) variants of Nathaniel Richards AFTER he discovers the Time Platform = Kang Variants.
2) variants of Nathaniel Richards BEFORE he discovers the Time Platform (i.e., before he became or sought to become Kang). An example of this in the comics would be Iron Lad.
We have to ask:
WHY would Nathaniel Richards (aka Kang-Prime), a 31st-century person place a NON-KANG VARIANT of himself, a variant of his child-self, into Chicago RIGHT AFTER the Civil War? I mean Nathaniel Richards hails from a time as far ahead of Jim Crow as we are of Viking times. Do any of us identify with those Viking times? How could ANY 31st-century person do the same with later-half 19th-century times? Much less a 31st-century person (Marvel comics says Nathaniel Richard's native time is a PARADISE that bored him when he discovered Doom's space-time platform and became Kang by way of it) who went on to live eons of time besides, seeing things and living ways that made his own advanced time period look primitive by comparison.
So why would He Who Remains plant a child variant of himself there? To learn humility? To start over from a different angle, to learn things he didn't? To keep his innocence? To remain good?
Say you could time travel and became immortal, but jaded and bored after using your time-traveling to create a multiversal empire that existed for millions of years... why would you want to plant a young version of yourself in Viking times? That's the closest thing I can compare this to.
I don’t think that child was Victor. He is lying his ass off. He up to something. Nathaniel Richards is from the 31st century. That means Nathaniel can’t have a variant born in a different year. Victor knew they were go to help him get out of there😂😂
IDK... but you made me think about something,@@AntonioDragon88. The whole conman, huckster, bs-artist thing right? The genius of Nathaniel Richards SEEMS to be that he can use technology he discovers quite well, blending it with other technological discoveries. He's a time-traveler and goes backwards AND forwards (the 41st-century!) from his native time pilfering and learning about advanced tech and incorporating it. I don't mean to downplay that. It's a helluva gift to be able to discover something, realize its significance and utility, and then COMBINE it with other such discoveries into something even more significant and useful, and then BUILD empires from that with contingencies and a religiously-zealot temporal police forces ensuring its maintenance and continuance (e.g., the TVA)! No, that does take incredible smarts.
But I also see an Achilles Heel to that. He's not really an ORIGINAL thinker or an inventor who invents FROM SCRATCH. Is that why Oroboros is needed? Is that why the Conqueror/Exiled One needed Janet Van Dyne? This could be a catastrophic weakness ALL KANG VARIANTS SHARE.
Remember who (in the comics) really invented the Time Platform all Kangs use? It's not Kang! Doctor Doom did that, the real master of time.

This is significant for a number of reasons beyone being born in a time period when tehcnology was advanced enough to enable a scientist such as him to develop advanced Temporal technology.
This happens to be a variant who was not born in the 31st Century.
(not all variants have to be born at the same time period or even as the same species (Alligator Loki and Frog Thor) or even as the same race (Black Loki) or gender (Sylvie).
