LOL! You are awesome! I laughed so much! You have more ups and downs than a Colorado jeep trail! I wasn’t laughing at you, but this was very entertaining. I love your content. It’s great that you are out there and challenging yourself. Like anything you enjoy, it is a progression. I can see it with every video of your I watch. Keep doing it and enjoying the adventure. The expression of emotion you display is honest and shows your growth. I think it is great! You probably won’t see this comment because it is 8 months later, but maybe…..
Hi!! Thank you so much for the comment and watching!! It only took me 9 days to see this 😂 Always keeping it real on here!! Definitely not an expert but love to adventure and learn !
I really like that you came back at the end of the video. I’m very new at trails as well. There is a lot to it and sometimes it just takes a break to take in why we go on these adventures.
It’s getting late in the year. Looks really nice. I was hoping to make it back that way before it snowed but I doubt I will. One thing that helped me a lot is a nice mount for all my stuff. I use the bulletpoint rubigrid. I use my iPad for navigation and make sure the maps are downloaded. It made the world of difference in my stress just having everything stay put, and being able to see the trail as I’m driving. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us! It takes alot to even make a home movie, I can’t imagine this!
Great video. Colorado is on my list to visit this September. Keep up the great content, go pros can be replaced spending time in the outdoors is priceless 👍
Alex I will watch it three times. Hang in there you did great. That looked like an awesome trail. Sorry about the GoPro. Don’t take this the wrong way but you are so funny. You go from scared to confident in seconds. I love it.
Another great video! I took my Tacoma on a few tough roads that I showed on my videos but I never turned stabilization off on GoPro and when I played it back it look like I was on a paved road lol. It is hard being a content creator. I'm not monetized either, I have the watch time but not subscribers. I felt your pain when your GoPro was ruined. Keep it up, you have a great channel.
I was so frazzled filming all my settings were off 😂😭 especially when I realized my camera was gone oh man I was frantic 😂😂 I’m the exact opposite have the subs not the watch time. Hitting the watch time is absolutely amazing!! Be proud of that accomplishment!! It’s so hard to hit that mark!!! Thank you so much for watching and the advice I appreciate it all so much ☺️
Hey Alex! First, I enjoy your videos, second like what a lot of others are saying, believe in yourself! Lol and three have fun. Also, if you know this already I apologize for mansplaining, to get more traction out of your tires, to reduce the chance of popping a tire on sharp rocks, and to increase the ride quality a tad bit, air down your tires some.. not too much since it looks like you're still on street oriented tires, and also make sure you have an air pump to fill them back up for when you leave the trail. Anywho, awesome vid, keep it up!
Awesome views. Thank you for sharing! You go 😊 By the way, just sharing my humble experience - and already shared above - I like to drop my tire pressure down about 10 lbs when on rocky roads - really helps smooth the ride and reduce chances of popping in some situations.
@@AlexSAdventuresIf you ever want to hit some trails then, I am happy to do some trail runs. I’m a Colorado native and go off-roading all the time and am part of a couple off-road Tacoma groups but love going to do small group runs. I know lots of cool trails and can take you to some cool spots with some amazing views.
Some people say “ah you can do it in 2WD”. It’s not about being able to do a trail in 2WD tho. It’s really about taking it easy on your truck’s drivetrain and the trail. I see people doing trails in 2WD just so they can say they did, but they spin tires and are going super slow up hills anyway because of the hills and terrain. It’s easier on your truck’s engine, transmission, and drive shaft, etc. if you just throw it in 4H or even 4L. If it’s a steeper hill and you’re going super slow anyway, I always just throw it in 4low. The drive train doesn’t have to work as hard to push the truck up the steep hill in 4L. If it’s just to slow and you want to go faster then use 4H. I’ve seen people overheat their transmission too because they’re too stubborn to use 4low. Idk 🤷🏻♂️ just my 2 cents. Nice vids. Keep going! I finally made it to begin getting $ in May. You’ll get there too. Just pump out videos
UA-cam has certain thresholds you have to hit in order to get monetized and I jus haven't hit them yet :/ we are working hard to get there tho!! Thank you so much for watching I am so glad you enjoyed it was a wild ride!!
Practice makes perfect... too funny, I was just going to recommend low range going slow uphill ( down hill may give engine braking) as it will keep Trans Temps down and then you did it on your own. Also Practice picking your line to straddle the ruts. You're doing great ! High from the n.w corner of Orygun. sorry bout the cam but hey, it's part of the adventure..... keep it up and someday you will get monetized. I subbed you if that helps
My wife and I love your videos, they have inspired us to start trying off roading. We are at the very beginning stage but are so excited. We love that your videos are real.
This makes me so incredibly HAPPY I can’t even put it into words🥹🤍 thank you both SO SO SO much for watching! I hope you both have fun safe amazing adventures!!!!!!!
Jeebus Alex.... STOP FREAKING OUT- YOU GOT THIS... JUST BREATHE.... I get it... rolling solo is a different discipline but if you can do a trail in 4H (forget about rating) you're not going to have major issues in your taco. I feel you on the GoPro tho. I have clones and a real GoPro on my Karma Drone and I would be pissed if it got destroyed so I feel you. Cool content as always. Keep it coming!
@@AlexSAdventures I know it was 😁 I usually go out solo so I get it. Video never shows the reality of the situation. Even muds and ruts stuff can humbling when solo.
Alright Girl. Im going to like all your videos and load them to a playlist and just let em click off hours while i go to work. 🤣 . Putting this trail on my Colorado list of things to do. Youre a trip 🤣🤣🤣 Keep it up, bad B**#h 🤣
I would be much more relaxed, I can do it. 😎 Heaven ya! No Hell ya, people are burning in agony denying Jesus as Savior and Lord. Thankful to be driving a Tahoe.
That was quite a roller coaster ride! It was great to see/hear you singing at the end. You’re an awesome young lady! God bless you.
Always have Faith in yourself, Never doubt your abilities. Always remember the word Impossible has I'm Possible in it.
Great stuff, keep wheeling, this is a natural progression....learning is stuff but so much fun and stories are awesome!!!😅
You rock watching all you're videos keep them coming 😊
Thank you!
3:00 what I say every time Alex uploads a new video
L OLLL HAHAHAHHAH LOVE THIS
A awesome! Love your self pep talks! You rocked that!
HAHAHAH thank you i needed the hype for this one !!
Yes! New video… welcome back Alex, and the effort to still bring us content does not go unappreciated
Looks like you did well on that trail/road. Wonder if my 2007 highlander with 16inch wheels could do that..😅😅
i can relate, 1st intimidating trail i did solo i felt the same way
It was so overwhelming 😂😂😂

Doing challenging trails is HARD!! And doing things alone doesn’t make it easier- thank you so much for watching till the end i appreciate it ☺️

Couldnt agree more!
I did Kingston Peak with my stock 2019 Tacoma TRD Off road and it was gnarly!! I live in Idaho Spring.
I really like the video, thanks for keeping it real, I will watch it twice 😂, mostly to convince the family to go to Colorado. Nice views 👍🏼

HAHAHA ITS SO TRUE !!! It’s really hilarious 😂😂😂
Thank you so much for watching it once you don’t know how much it makes a difference ☺️
You’re doing amazing. Keep it up and go back sometime and conquer that trail
Absolutely - I need to go back!
Awesome video, do more videos of you being yourself, hilarious! "I'm not crying you're crying" lol
Girl that was intense. And you rocked it. You have come so far from your earliest videos. You are definitely a badass. Thanks for the video.

Let me know when you are back on the East Coast I would love to get a bunch of rigs together possibly do a trip
Alex, did you literally drive the trail WHILE also following yourself with a drone? Talk about multitasking! Wow! Stay safe, girl!
HAHAHAHAH yes 😅 I drive super super slow I promise
You did a great job at taming that trail. I love your intensity and your passion. Sorry about the go-pro. Did you ever get new tires?
HAHAHAHAHHA not yet 😅😅🙈🙈
You should just move here to Colorado since you love off-roading so much! Would totally take my Tacoma out with you and take you on some fun trails!
I live in Colorado!

Put Air Tags on your cams, so you can GPS-track them at all times, in case they fall off. A few bucks spent to save hundreds! Just a thought...
This is genius!

HAHAHAHAH YES LOVR THIS!! THANK YOU !
Part of that trail was no joke. Fortune favors the bold 😅
It was INTENSE!
Ever go to Moses lake Washington dunes?
I have not! Sounds like I need to check it out !
What subscriptions of onX do you use? Not sure weather the elite membership is needed to start exploring.
I have the most basic membership!
Hello 😊
Aww no more videos.
I am going to try and do a few more - they just might not be as good as what I have been putting out because I am down a camera
Bigfoot crushed your GoPro.
NOW THIS I BELIEVE
I would be much more relaxed, I can do it. 😎 Heaven ya! No Hell ya, people are burning in agony denying Jesus as Savior and Lord.
Thankful to be driving a Tahoe.
That trail is hella chill 😂 4lo?! You prob could have done it 2wd lol
Bro it was intense!
@@AlexSAdventures bruh! The stock 2005 expedition driving past you, if they can do it, you can do it fasho
Don't 2nd guess yourself. Stay adventurous
