Your tone of your voice is so healing for me. I have Parkinson’s and I’ve had a stroke but to put headphones on and to listen to you sing from the beginning to now you have this tone that no other singer has and I promise I’ll have listened to a lot of artists

Yes. I asked for one of his songs on a mainstream radio station in Los Angeles. The DJ said he can't play it. I said why there are thousands of Steve Perry fans everywhere. He said you don't understand it's all programmed on the computer before hand by the radio station. He couldn't even if he wanted. It's not in the program it doesn't exist. So no real DJ's anymore. Just a guy sitting there doing what they tell him too. No freedom of choice. Not the old days .

Sun shines gray is my second favorite song from the album. My first is No erasing, it's the first song I heard on UA-cam that appeared under recommendations and it was when I realized you were back to singing and I honestly was so happy that day. I remember that day perfectly, I was on vacation in Portugal sitting in my aunt's living room and I was listening to Journey and all of a sudden I noticed that video and thought to myself "could this be a new song by Steve Perry?" And when I clicked on it and saw the upload date I had the biggest smile on my face. I've said it before and I'll say it again, welcome back Steve keep on rocking 😁.

The isolated vocal tracks are amazing! There are some artists who hear music in their heads in such a unbelievable way when they create it and Steve is one of those artists who just has these ideas on where to take his music in all of these twists/turns vocally and with such cool elements of sound.
