I appreciate you on sharing knowledge but as a 56 year old, let me share some real world with you; especially since I’ll be buying a C7 around November. Yes credit is key but what’s even better is income. Also, you need to keep in mind that cars are not assets…real estate property is. I too thought like this at 30 something but 30 some odd years later and armed with knowledge and buying power, I not only can walk into a dealership and say, “I want that”, I can do so with financing already secured. Hint: you get sweet prices as a “cash” buyer. With that said, I’m sharing your bud with my nephews and their friends because you’re saying what I’ve been telling them to do if they want a high powered ride. Enjoy your dream sir….if I had your knowledge 30 years ago, I’d be much further along…but it’s all good.

I’m just like you I’ve been working on my credit for a while. I’ve been unemployed for almost two ish years. Now I found a great paying job. I have a c5 and c6 now. I eat sleep and dream c7 it's all I think about now. I'm going to finance it even though I can put down about 70%. 2021 I didn't have health insurance and spent 10000 dollars out of pocket. Huge setback
