    I really like this video, just a shame that it was so short, I usually do yoga flows that are 30 to 90 minutes. Hopefully you'll decide to make more yoga videos!

    Good workout but I’m interested in understanding how this practice is designed for swimmers as opposed to a regular practice.

      Swimming = Supporting horizontal body positioning via core strength, shoulder stability, and leg strength. This flow has a greater focus on poses that rely on those elements.

      Hey Superior. You absolutely can do this every day. It is great for developing mobility, balance, and body awareness. That being said, a routine with variety may be more effective depending on your athletic goals.

    I got through like 3 rounds and I'm sweating and my shoulders are slowly but surely killing me
    I'm gonna keep pushing cuz it's about time I started to advance a bit with the yoga I'd been doing

    hey alex it may be not a yoga related question.. but i am planning to buy dumbbells and i dont know how many pounds should i get. Im 13 yrs old and is it good for me 3 to 5 pounds or less??

      My suggestion is to have a wide range of weights. This way you have more flexibility in the types of exercises you can do and the resistance available. For example: A set of 3lbs, a set of 5lb, and a set of 10lbs will give you a lot of options.
