I also think of quitting my job everyday coz I hate the environment and the work am doing but don’t have the courage to do so. Ur so brave in taking this decision.
Thank you! And yes I definitely know that feeling 😔 I hope you’re able to find a way out, whether that’s with taking a break or finding a new job, it will all work out ✨
I quit mine about five months ago and the return of my physical and mental health has been life changing. It was the one action I agonized over for years that gave me everything I needed back and allowed me to discover what I actually wanted in life, so much to the point that it influenced the birth of my channel. I really hope it works out for you!
That is so true! I am already starting to feel some of that ✨ Same for me, it has taken me so long to finally make this decision and honestly it was the best thing I could do! Thank you so much and I hope it works out for you too! Def going to check out your channel!
Not working at all - being unemployed is actually "stressful". With fixed expenses, and living in NY, even saving for 1 year is NOT enough of a cushion, and I don't live in Manhattan. I continue to grow and evolve - while I remain employed. Nothing fun about not being employed - to me. Unless you have a business you are growing.
I've been thinking of taking some time off as well, but do you worry of using up your savings than keeping them for retirement etc since it's good to save early in life and it's already hard to save enough for retirement?
@@alejandravergara928 Yes!! I did and do still worry about this but I thought about this a lot (and saved a lot) and decided when I am older and look back at my life, I would prefer to have taken a year off to enjoy life rather than keep going when I truly just felt burnt out. And when you think about your whole life, one year off is truly not that significant when it comes to your overall wealth, but it can be significant for your well-being! Hope this helps and wish you all the best with your decision! ☺️
Kudos. You got it. Not worth your Mental stability or your peace of mind. You think they are thinking of you, while they play golf....in a Resort on some Island. They could care less for you.

Right, many people out there in this situation. People need to live, pay bills, they stay at their jobs and if lucky find another job.
Just quit mine 12 days ago. Scariest decision of my life! But we got this! Onto vacation now.. stay in touch! and let me know how your year goes.
Good for you 👏🏼👏🏼 definitely so scary 😣 Yes I’ll be documenting it!

It's definitely not an option or good for everyone!
I've been thinking the same since a few weeks. 😢
We are all on the same page 😅
How much did you save up before quitting? I have six months of expenses saved.
That’s really good! I’ve been thinking about this for so long and have been saving, so I made sure I have enough for 1 year
I also resign on July 12.
I hope whatever is next for you is even better! ✨

this is where I struggle with this thought haha...

Thank you! Definitely not worth our mental health. And exactly, we are just another number to them.
Omg... woo... for a minute I thought you quit me. 😳
