Good video. Just a tip for future rebuilds, always bolt the exhaust onto the jugs before you torque them down. Doing this will ensure your jugs are perfectly aligned. Then you can remove the exhaust and continue the build.
I had the same thing happen to me with the rave cover bolts. top right broke off. My friend was able to do the nut weld trick and it worked. he was able to remove it for me. As far as yours, the top left should come out with ease using the trick. As far as the top right, you may want to try to use a punch/drill/ and an easy out. Good luck! I'm rebuilding my ebay 785 right now. I broke bolts trying to access the cylinder walls. Just put new (used) jugs on it and putting her back together.
I spent hours trying to slide the chambers down over the stupid rings.....had to pay a guy $120 to do it and he showed me how to look for the pin stops for the rings!
Yea the pins are the key. I used the marker trick on the one I just did inside my 98 gtx. It helps a lot to keep track of them. Its also A LOT easier on the bench than inside the ski lol

@@frankmaggio4328 thanks, I bought some reverse bits so I'll get back around to it before I try using the engine for anything
Sounds like there’s a poltergeist in your house.
