I love watching those videos and making inspired bujo pages on Canva and using it on my tablet. I'm not very good with the manually drawn lines and letters, so that's a way I found to make things as pretty as the ones I see here ❤
The screen time tracking page is perfect. I use a widget on my phone that shows this, but it doesn't work for me because I work on the computer all day long. I don't have much patience to be on my phone, but the idea is so perfect that I thought about converting it to 'screen time on apps' so I can see how much time I waste getting distracted by shorts/reels! I loved your content. This week I discovered the bullet journal and I'm trying to learn how to do it too. I've watched several great videos, but yours is exactly what I needed. Kisses from Brazil!

Not sure about other phones, but with iPhones, you can set time limits on apps. Clue is an app for period tracking that I use. You should check out Eric Nam (originally K-Pop, but went to full English albums 4 albums ago (4ish years ago) amazing in concert.

thank you so much, and welcome to the channel!! i think it's good to just start with what you have already! bullet journals are great for drawing & planning, but ruled notebooks are the best for writing about your day. it just depends on what you want! if i were to only buy one, it would be a bullet journal since it's more flexible
