If this method does not work, follow these steps:
1. Connect TV to Another Network/Phone's Hotspot
2. Check For Software Update : Setting--All Setting--Support-- Software Update
If Update Is Available, Update Your TV and then check your TV Working Or Not?
3. If Still TV is showing same Issue, Follow Below Setting :
Setting--All Setting--General--Network--Wi-Fi Connection--Other Network Setting--Advanced Wi-Fi Setting--Turn Off IPv6--Click On Edit-- Ensure Set Automatically is untick”()”--Change DNS Server To ""8.8.8.8""--Connect
4. If the issue still persist, please follow the below steps to reset the TV :
Setting--All Setting--General--System--Reset To Initial Setting--Reset / Reset All
After reset the TV will be restart.

I was using WiFi on a campsite and this didn’t work, presumably because of the security on their systems. However, I wanted to share that the soft reset of the tv - unplugging it and switching it back on a minute later - did work! Thanks for the video either way 👍🏼 NOTE - HAVE A COMPUTER MOUSE STASHED NEWRBY TO BE ABLR TO SCROLL THROUGH ANY DROP DOWN MENUS

none of this works to me, I didn't change anything in the network, I just change the region into canada or england (for me) and it works.(projector lg pf510q) If I had known that, I would have bought it

Hi mine now works! Video methods didn't work though but thanks it's much appreciated,
To get it working you need to create an LG Thin q account on the mobile app and login then select that as the way to setup the TV.
I had to reset the TV to get back to the beginning of the setup then I scanned the QR code on the TV with my phone and accepted the terms and conditions on the phone and the TV registered and can update ok!

Is it safe to change the dns server?
Yes it is absolutely safe. This doesn't make your network connection more or less safe than it already is. I've just lost count of the number of times when school or an organisation's IT departments couldn't figure out why their computer wasn't connected to the internet when their router and broadband connection seemed absolutely fine. All they had to do was punch in the default DNS server of 8.8.8.8 in their network settings

You can switch to other connections using the Wi-Fi menu as usual

Did you try resetting the TV to factory settings and tried connecting it to a mobile hotspot, and if that did not work, connect it to the net via an Ethernet cable?

A server error has occurred while downloading the user Agreement. If you do not download and agree to the terms of the user Agreement, some services on your tv will be limited or unavailable. Do want to try download them again? This is what my tv shows please 🙏 help me out

Why do you need to sign a user agreement for a freaking TV? That is so dumb. No thanks. I'll pass.
A TV is a display device, not a freaking app or software.
I agree. The fact is, no one sells “dumb” TVs anymore which have good quality displays. The Smart TVs are subsidised because manufacturers make more profit on selling services to customers, and on top of that, if you don’t read the user agreements properly and opt out, they sell your data to OTT providers and advertisers for targeted ads. However, one can’t deny the convenience of having all the apps built in to the TV, which means there is no need to spend extra money on say, a set top box or a streaming box/device, as the built in chip and software in the TV is sufficiently cable of running the same streaming apps. It’s a win some and lose some situation

Then it is best to contact LG support or the retailer you bought your TV from
Tried everything resetting the tv chnged location dns server tried wifi tried with hotspot tried with ethernet and still didn’t work
Contact your TV dealer or LG customer support to help resolve your issue

I have problen from dns what is that please help me
dns server is something that is required to connect to the internet. If there is an issue where only one device cannot connect to the internet through a router but all other devices can, you need to reset the dns to certain defaults like 8.8.8.8.
This inability to upload keyboard while on phone screen mirroring function is a brainless defect on the part of LG. No other TV brands/platforms have such a stupid defect, the users should not have to go through these correction steps.
