@@martymccollum7890 Yeah I think someone miss marked it when they listed it. That’s my only guess. I know at least 3 of us that got them for that $35 but they probably caught it pretty fast!
The reason for so much bubbles was it the plastic was boiling. Water boils at 70 degrees under a vacuum

I think that small silpat was meant to sit in the bottom of the chamber.
