  • Recorded on location in Los Angeles. We had the opportunity to sit down with a couple of successful trainers whose athlete and celebrity client lists are beyond impressive. Gunnar Peterson, who has been a humble giant this field for decades, graciously invited us into his gym and his home for this conversation. Joining us was Ben Bruno, a newer rising star in the training game. We got them to share their backgrounds, and compare their sometimes contrasting styles of working with clients. What they had to say about goal-setting and motivation could inspire anyone.
Since this interview was recorded, Gunnar also became the Director of Strength and Endurance Training for the LA Lakers.
You can find him at Gunnarpeterson.com and on social media as @gunnarfitness. Ben is at benbruno.com and @benbrunotraining.

This stuff is awesome. I like the evolution of Mark Bell over the last few years. At least what he shows through UA-cam. The business side was probably there we just didn't see it.

Powerlifters will say "that's not a real deadlift" or "straps are cheating", because in the sport of Powerlifting, both are true.

      Some youtubers don’t ever respond

Maybe the guy doesn’t have the time to reply let alone read and respond to 1000’s of questions. Why would you care or get hurt feelings about getting a reply back from them? These people have busy lives and you should be grateful they even post interesting videos. It’s not their job or even have the extra time to respond to your 100th question to them and you take it personal? Imagine they got 40 viewers like you each asking 100 questions! That’s 4,000 comments/questions to reply back to. 4,000 replies? Enjoy their content and be happy with thats. 100 comments?!?!?!?! WOW 😮

You visit his gym and home then make this BS statement ? Bro , your head is getting larger than your muscles! And what BS you charge re-stocking fees? Losing respect for you quickly !
