A smart man...Dont treat people differently just bc they are famous or have a large following...Always try it out to see if it works before you criticize...Also everyones body reacts differently...What works for one person might not work the same for the next person...

Why was the interview from the other day deleted?I was going to watch when I get home and it was gone.
Prime example of hiring the right professional to do the job. People just “exercise” which is just randomly working out with no structure. A quality trainer prepares a training regime and takes you the process that leads to your goal.

Because he over works himself. I've been a trainer for 8 years and if you're doing more than 4 x1 hr sessions (properly) a day you're DONE.
I love his passion and dedication. You don't need a billion dollar business to be considered successful.

I'm a personal trainer myself and what I can tell you is this: Whether you're a celebrity, millionaire or just a normal blue collar dude, gravity will affect you the same. You still need to sweat it out like everyone else. You can't buy a good physique.
but most personal trainers dont know what the hell they are doing, as a natural you have to switch workouts, do partial reps and work way to doing cheat rows, power momentum shrugs, and getting to a 1000lb rack pull. unless you are just training a unfit person to become fit
It is assumed that if you're a PT that the things you mentioned should be second nature. We're not even talking sports specific training, just ordinary training.
Truth. If you’re not willing to put in the work don’t even attempt it. Diet along with training and sleep need to be dialed in.
