I bought one of these cables - I have only 33GB of data in my iPhone to transfer to my new Samsung S21. Both are 100% charged. Weirdly, Smart Switch tells me that I have another 23 hrs to complete the transfer! So, hours later, the process has not even completed. Meantime, by hooking the two phones together with the cable, the iPhone appears to be charging itself against the Android - now 100% vs. 8%. I'd be grateful if you could let me know what I did wrong ... 😞 Thank you, kind sir.
My iPhone 5S simply doesn't recognize my Galaxy S10e when I connect both! Literally nothing happens! I can connect my iPhone to my PC, so the cable works. Can't find a solution for this anywhere...
Iphone 5 - Nokia 21. I downloaded smart switch and all it did was rob me of three payments of £1.50 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ Also, my android doesnt have a section for “accounts and back up” just back up, but that doesn't hve the options you list here.
@@123myIT yeh I did so u see download Samsung smart switch and then u should have a backup if ur iOS device that u want to restore in an android,plug both the devices in the computer and then smart switch wil detect the Samsung device and then click restore it will show u the backup of the iOS device from iTunes click what u want to restore and then ur ok u have all the stuff transferred into ur android
Can i do this with a 3 in 1cable my iPhone dies if I take it off the charger for like a minute or two so can I do this with a 3 in 1 cable it'll be plugged up to the wall

My android dorsnt have a “bring data from old device” section. You say this on every video but bone of my abdroid phones have that at all.

At this point I only have a sim card in the iphone, do I need to transfer it to the android for this process or do both phones need a sim ?

Good question. I don't believe so. you can restore that backup to an iOS device. Let me know if you find a way to do it.
