This is an absolutely flawless film! It is, without a doubt, the best WW1 film on UA-cam so far. The special effects, the props, the narrative structure are all perfect. The film is also a visually gorgeous spectical. The colours of the uniforms, the scenery and the weopons all look bright and beautiful. Where did you get the Gewehr 98 and how did you make the MG08? Firstly Thank you very much for your comment !! to answer to all your questions : - I get my G98 in a french old weapons sellers website. I have search since 3 years to find one ! I get it for "only" 390€ because he was restored by a guy who found it. Yes I know I'm lucky :) - The mg08 and his support are homemade (1month of work) - give me the timing of the video where you see these bullets holes because I don't know where you see that ... - I get a lot of the sounds in two BF1 sound pack I downloaded on internet ( I only find back this one : sellfy.com/WariSe/checkout/?visitor_id=40543723-066f-489f-a1a8-28ccaaf57e1d it's for weapons only) ps : the bulgarian charge on the hill was inspired of cloning method you use in your last video wich inspired me to do this scene ;)

I like this ww1 film but there are some historical inaccuracies first of the standerd rifle of the bulgarian army was the austro-hungarian steyr mannlicher M95 rifle not the gewehr 98 and second the berthier 07/15 has a straight bolt and not a turned down bolt (unless they got one form the m1892 mousqueton carbine rifle)
Of course we are aware of that, but again we use what we have or possibly buy ... I search a m95 since 1 year but I can't find one with an acceptable price and my friend use this version of the rifle because he got it for free while a french ww1 rifle is extremly expensive.
i know its a fan film but in real war youd probably panic for your life if another solider just came round the corner. its not battlefield where you just aim shoot kill respawn.

@@jodelproduction4082 l'erreur avec l'uniforme fr c'est que vous portez des vareuses et non des capotes alors que la vareuse était porté quand le soldat n'était pas au combat seulement les officiers portaient des vareuses au combat et hors combat mais la coupe d'une vareuse d'officier n'est pas la même que celle que vous portez.
super vidéo mais petit point sur l uniforme français: la baïonnette se met sur le côté gauche et une capote doit être porté, on ne combat pas en vareuse dans l armée française la capote est la tenue de combat, d'ailleurs très jolie le fusil berthier à culasse coudé!

Thank you ! Yes I would be great to do ww1 short films about the western front but the problem is that we need to found a correct place to film. We can't just do it in a green landscape with trees and birds singing (perapse except for the kaiserschlarcht in 1918 and the allied summer offensive because it's war of mouvement again) ... But you can be sure that once we found the correct place we would do a lot of videos about this front.

Thank you ! the bullet impact effects are just powder explosion effects I downloaded on internet. You can add red color on it to look bloody.

Hello, my rifle is not a berthier but a Delaunay Belleville Mle 07-15. He has the bolt curved and dates from 1917. He is not post ww1.
