Chet Baker is truly a legend, all his music are something that can connect to you, it describes the unexplained feelings in your heart.. The true definition of there're things that you can't communicate with words... 😢
From Live at Gaetanos 1966. The mid 60´s was a terrible time for Chet (and jazz in general). The only studio gigs he got were commercial fluff. But this rare live recording is a light in the dark. Chet plays flugelhorn, his old buddy Phil Urso, tenor sax, Dave McCay, piano, Chuck Domanico, bass and Harry Keevis drums. This track is a highlight.

I love the sounds of people talking, coughing, etc. I can really imagine being there in a smoky basement bar.
Saw him in Hollywood 40 years ago. Great music
I’m jealous!!!

A true master. My favorite song and version of him for certain.
Yes, a terrific recording from a very bad period in Chet´s life.
Chet e ' uno che ha sofferto molto ma é sempre stato un grande.
Très grand trompetiste qui a beaucoup joué à saint Germain des prés
He WAS special, for sure!
Certamente a melhor versão. Só ele para transmitir todo o sentimento desta música!
Music like this made me realize I was born in the wrong century
