I haven't published phase 2 yet because I get lazy the moment I think about making the video: phase 2 is longer and it is way harder to put the lyrics in the right moment the choir sings them due to the orchestra noises. Phase 1 is shorter and there aren't that many instrumental sounds to overshadow the choir.
Beast Clergyman is probably my favorite track in the entire game. The first phase ost just oozes ancient history, and the 2nd phase fits Maliketh's lore so well too. I know it's all just gibberish, but I like to headcanon the odd lyrics in the Beast Clergyman ost as primitive attempts at language, since the Beastmen in the lore were among the first to evolve and appear in the Lands Between alongside the Dragons during its primordial age, and them being among the first to develop intelligence, I like to imagine this set of lyrics as the first attempt at prayer or language. Fitting given that this theme is heard in Faram Azula.
Sure I understand you. Miyazaki expects us to fill in the blanks with our imagination. The producers really thought about creating fictitious languages for the game, but time and deadlines in the pandemic were short...
Eu gosto bastante do estilo do Maliketh, e realmente a trilha sonora do Elden Ring é um bom ponto do jogo. Interessante que só no bloodborne nós temos realmente letras nas músicas. Ótimo vídeo como sempre!
There are mainly 2 different kinds of gibberish in the lyrics (as you see in the other official lyrics I published before): there are those that are latinish and those that are Japanese-like (Rykard's for example). The bat Lady sings in proper Latin and the voice actor of Mohg counts down in Latin (that's the subject of my latest video by the way). The developers didn't have time to create languages, so yeah the blablabla could represent those :)
@@AntoniusTertius Just like in our world, people speak different languages, so there's no reason that gibber-latin and real Latin can't coexist in the same universe.
@@KimJungGooner Sure thing, even though technically the latinish gibberish isn't a language, but that's a fantasy game after all, our imagination does the rest :)
Sure, I'll try, Semispace :) There aren't many more official lyrics for me to publish though, I mean, from the ones I received last year. I fear I may not be able to obtain the ones I don't have, but luckily I have plenty already.
Hi Vargas. When I received the official lyrics of several Elden Ring tracks last year, Radahn's, Fortissax's and Morgott's were not there sadly. If I ever obtain those, I'll publish them and add it in the playlist found in my pinned comment.
Hi, I got to ask, do you mind I release your lyrics on a separate video without explanations n such and just link your video/credit your name? It wouldn't do much other than release them on a separate channel, but I also have a few unofficial ones I just predicted out of listening (fire giant, isshin ost, ds3 main theme) what do you think?
Hi there. I will re-release some without so many explanations, but remember the explanations are important to let people know the truth. Many wasted so much time trying to decipher them and I think it is fair for them to know the lyrics pretty much mean nothing. I have the official lyrics of the Fire Giant theme, I will release them. Allow me some time to think. But would you include the 4 lines of lyrics as well? Sopranos, altos, tenors and basses? Also, if you were to do that, it'd be good to mention me in the video as well as in the comments and video description, as several people simply don't check the video description.
@@AntoniusTertius ofc I'd mention you everywhere, including the title and thumbnail if you wish, the main point however is it to release your lyrics with the explanations in the comments + description including your name and everything, credit to you, and along some unofficial ds3 which are gibberish ones and sekiro ones I can decipher and listen, yes I can include the choir members too. Mainly cuz, people skip these videos for thinking they are: extended, not actually official or the algorithm isn't great, it gives them the idea that yes, this is the length of the song they want and will have explanation in the comments and description as to why they are official also linking your channel.
@@Martyred0 I see. You should only credit me for the lyrics I confirmed with the music producers. Perhaps it would be a better idea if you tried to contact producers from Sekiro to confirm the lyrics, I never investigated Sekiro's choir music. The only thing I fear is that your videos could get the views mine would, and mine don't get that many views to begin with, that's why I must think more about it.
@@AntoniusTertius I understand, that's why it's an attempt, I see lyrics videos sometimes get more than 10k views, that's why I had the thought, I'll try contacting the music producers, I just don't really know which ones might actually respond..
@@Martyred0 We'll never know what Sekiro/DS3 music producer might answer back and if they will to begin with, but one cannot be sure of that without trying first :)
There's no fixed deadline nor specific date as I am 'at the mercy of the music producers' replies'. I send messages to them and wait for their replies. I have the official lyrics of another Bloodborne song, but the composer didn't have the text upon which the lyrics were made, so I'm trying to obtain that text before publishing those lyrics. It may take a while. Meanwhile I publish some official lyrics of Elden Ring I obtained last year. I know they may not be of your interest though... :(
I'm waiting for more replies from the staff members of the music production of Bloodborne. The Bloodborne official lyrics I haven't published but I have are from a non boss theme. As soon as I receive more Bloodborne boss song lyrics, I'll publish them as long as I also obtain the texts on which they were based (the official translations). I'm not sure how long it will take till I receive more info, so stay tuned.
@@lazykabang3198 The music producers call it "False God Hymn". Just like in Elden Ring (as I showed in the final battle official lyrics video), the music producers use different track names. Like, in Elden Ring, the final battle theme was called Marika.

1 of the 2 tracks I have been waiting for, the other being Fortissax. Thanks so much Magistrar!!!!

Somehow, lyrics not having any meaning makes this even cooler but I can't even describe why lol
They add mysterious vibes to the already great gothic songs, if they were in any real language that mysterious magic would be lost, I guess.
