    (I don't think I've mentioned it before, but I always appreciate when your videos show the effects of the exercises using the real-world bone models. They reveal so much more than the static computer models that some other channels use.)

    Have been dealing with neck pinched nerve / shoulder blade pain. That rolling on the ball against the wall one gave me a lot of relief, and some of your other videos have helped as well. Thank you!

    I'm 64 and have been stretching every morning since I turned 50. In that time, I have tried countless stretches. The first one described in this video is the most effective stretch I have ever done. It was like a yoke had been removed from my neck and shoulders. I'll be doing it twice a day going forward. Thank you.

      I am excited to try this video because I have never tried these before and have been having this problem for over a year now (it had been incubating for a while, and then after working with kids I consistently got sick and bed ridden so that my back developed intense pain, and I am afraid I will always be this way until I try something much better).

    Very helpful video. The best part was when your assistant joined you at the 4:18 mark. While you're good at getting at attending to aches & pains, and your assistant is good at lowering one's blood pressure. Thanks for the video.

      Lol! I've had a bad day! 20 seconds of audio in the last release was corrupted!
      Thankfully someone commented and I realised... 8 hours later. Better than 8 days or weeks though!

    This is my exact problem area! Already feeling some measure of relief. I have a fused C6-C7 (from birth) which causes the thoracic pressure, compounded by my computer desk job. Going to do these every day for a while

    What is the difference between the exercises here and the ones for forward head posture? The issue seems to be the same
