    I think it is great that the female judge on the top right was able to use her screen saver photo of herself with blinking eyes. Kudos to her....🤣😂I bet she uses that effectively in her daily courtroom procedures...😁 And that was a smooth transition when she came back live to say...."I do not"!!!

    THe lesson here is Don't be a Dick.
    With all seriousness though, I feel bad for him, he clearly was trying very hard for this family and it was hard for him. He's a good person and a good lawyer.
    As for the first guy with Judge SImpson, I hope he is able to heal in every way. He seems like a really nice guy. And Simpson is a legend

    So ok, that was not the same attorney (from last night’s stream) as with the Lily Bristow case. Those morons names were Ethenia King and Theresa Hood. Their clients name was Tonya Sullivan. She wasn’t an attorney and definitely not the same one as yesterday. As soon as I heard that I was like heck no. That attorney yesterday was FABULOUS and no way it was that loudmouth dummy from the other case so I checked. I just didn’t want Ms. Tricia SOLOMON from yesterday to be insulted. LOVED her! 🫶🏼

    So, it's o.k. for the court to judge this man's intentions and motivation behind his motion- but it's not ok for him to do the same to the court regarding their past actions. He's supposed to give them the benefit of the doubt and always assume their motivations are pure and professional. So- let's see if they can extend the same courtesy to a man that's apparently served the court for a very long time and is on the verge of retirement. I honestly don't think this "thing" should've even ever taken place- seems like a pointless exercise undertaken purely to make sure defense attorneys know their place going forward.

      @stoneysdead689 Рік тому

      He's spent a lifetime serving the court honorably and is on the verge of his retirement- I don't think he should have to grovel. Tbh I don't think they should have even had this hearing; I think his lifetime of service speaks louder than a few words on one motion. And bedsides- isn't he simply asking them for the same thing they expect of him- that they not impugn his motivations based on what they see form the outside looking in? They're asking him to do the same thing- to give the court the benefit of the doubt and always assume their motivations are pure. So, if I were him, I would expect the same in return- and in that case- why are we even here? See its o.k. apparently for the court to assume intention and judge someone's motivations- but not ok for anyone to do that to the court- Doesn't feel right to me.

    • @lelia660
      @lelia660 Рік тому

      @@stoneysdead689 I don’t think the judges implied in any way that he should have to grovel. And to just admit that you were wrong and apologize isn’t groveling. It’s being a mature, professional adult. To me, and it’s just my opinion, it doesn’t matter how long you served-you still need to show decorum and professional respect. He did agree- on the surface, (albeit insincerely) that he shouldn’t have questioned the oaths they took or accused them of throwing the case in the waste basket. He should’ve just left it at the admission that he was wrong to use those terms. Experience shouldn’t be a pass to to do whatever you want or to follow your own set of rules. As to your point that they should expect he’s coming from a place of pure intentions, he insulted them and questioned their integrity just because they didn’t rule in his favor. He implied that they didn’t want what was best for the children. He should know better not to make assumptions like that and publish them. It’s like Mike said, he got too emotionally involved, and he needs to just be humble and admit that-like one of the judges did-that no one swears to get everything right when they swear on their oath. They did their best.

    I remember someone else being this "charming" towards the Judge before he took a SERIOUS bad turn, that "man" was James Johnson. The very first hearing I seen he was kissing JS backside just like this almost the same tone. Said he just wanted to accept what he had done, plead guilty and take whatever sentence he got because he deserved it. That very day he calls the ex-girlfriend he beat up that caused that particular hearing threatening to beat her up if she didn't change her story. Well we all know that he then threatened Caitlyn for listening to his jail calls and bringing the tampering with a witness charges. Just because they try and charm the Judge doesn't mean they mean it. I'm half/half on if I believe Mr. Harris but a joy to see Mr. Gallagher, he's 1 of the best.
