The elderly lady sounds like she's developing dementia. When I would help watch my grandma, she would come into the room I was sleeping in and tell me to go upstairs and turn the radio off. She didn't want to pay the electricity bill for it and it was keeping her awake. There was no radio, and the house was silent. If she went outside with one of the other family care givers, if someone walked by she would start screaming for help, saying we were trying to kill her. It was very sad.
I am so sorry about your mother's condition towards her end of life. I bet it was immensely difficult, but at least it sounds like she had family around her. ❤
When I heard her explaining her situation, it actually sounded like she was in assisted living but she thought she was in an apartment building. Her family probably put her there and she's very confused and probably has the beginnings of dementia. @@maryjackson1194 I would bet a LOT of money that this is Not a case of people using a bump key to break into a random persons apartment. Can’t you see how obviously affected her mental state is.
Dementia also does this to people. My grandmother had dementia in the last months of her life. I lived with her to take care of her (wanted to respect her wish to not go to a hospice) and she was very paranoid. She always had her bathrobe pockets full of stuff (big wallet, lighters, money, etc.). She thought people entered her home just to misplace stuff. She thought I was against her and that I was letting my boyfriend in every night... On the weekends, I returned to my home to get a break and my brother lived with her for 2 days. Well, she once called the police on him, telling them that there was an intruder in her home.

@shawnmclean7932 Yeah.. cause that's always worked. 🙄 What we NEED are rehabs longer than 30 days, that offer vocational training, classes in money management, and slowly help them start back to work and getting into housing so the stress of every day life doesn't send them back to old patterns. @@LawTalkWithMike Who are you responding to? I’m sorry for the loss of your Mother. I can’t imagine. That said, please explain what that has to do with this case?
I think she’s talking about a bump proof lock, which is a method of opening a lock using a special generically cut key that you insert into the keyhole and tap, or bump the end which causes all the tumblers to catch.
Oh my gosh. I was a property manager for 20 years. You would be surprised how many people are like this. I'm not making fun of her, but this type of delusion seems to be pretty common. I had a lady who said people were breaking into her car and house and LEAVING tools. Not taking anything, but leaving things. She also believed the neighbors were sending tiny trolls into the walls and spying on her. Smh As property managers we are severely underpaid!😂
You know what they say, if you're not born with an aliment, there's no way for it to develop over time. Says my allergies that started after 39 years of life.
With the first story, I can see it happening. A person across the street had some guy keep trying to get into her house one night, and used a dog excuse to to say they wanted to play with the dog on the property when there was no dog. You wasn't arrested until the 4th time that night. I've also had one of our neighbors come to our house around 1:30 in the morning, saying that our sleeping children were pointing lasers into their bedroom. I went from 4 years ago not having one security camera outside of the house, to now having them in the front and in the backyard.
The second lady seems to have paranoid psychosis. Her doctor, if she's really seen one, would hopefully pick up on it and get her on some medication. I work with ladies with these experiences and beliefs all the time. She also has some Karen tendancies! The judge handled it well!
The Karen, it is hysterical watching the judge self-soothing!!! I don’t think he took his hand off his head once 💔 the people who become judges are incredibly patient. I’d be more like Judge Manning 😂😂😂
The lady who believes that multiple people are conspiring to force her out of her apartment shows symptoms of a thought disorder. I'm sorry to spoil your fun, but this is not laughable. It's heartbreaking, because the events are quite real to her. Sometimes treatment can decrease these symptoms of paranoia, but sometimes they are quite resistant. Pray that no one you love is ever afflicted.
That poor man who is terminal. Oh my gosh, my heart just went out to him. I am so glad that the judge is recommending crisis support. I sure hope the system works to help him. Oh man, just crying for him.
IF that is even true. I've heard claims of terminally ill with stage 4 cancer but after court ordered exam, not true. Also his brother said he needs mental health help. But regardless, he will get the help he needs.👍🏻
I knew someone like Asthma Karen, she would constantly take her meds to the pharmacy and ask for them to be tested because someone was poisoning them. Or try to give a judge an steak she kept in her purse for 3 days as a gift. It's just mental health issues, but damn is it funny.
Mike, I was listening to this while at work (office) and laughing the entire time during the (lady) because of your constant giggling. 😂😂😂 My co-workers kept walking by then leaning in to see what I was laughing about by myself. I had to just waving them on…😂😂
Thursron Co. has a big problem with squatters. They will just take over a property and it’s extremely difficult to expel them if they get any hold on your property.
A bump key is a specially cut key that can override many pin-tumbler locks, which are the most common type of locks for homes1234. It is also called a "999 key" because all of its ridges are cut to the maximum depth25. It can be made from an old or blank key using a file or a key-making machine124. It works by "bumping" the pins inside the lock with a quick force35. It can act as a "master key" for opening any lock that matches its shape45.
@@PacificSailing184 You would be surprised how quickly most locks can be picked or bumped. However most criminals kick in the door or break a window. The best locks are only as good as the strength of the door frame which is usually not very good. A proper door installation is more important than the quality of the lock.

I had no clue, untreated it progressed to the point that no one could help her cuz she was in total denial. It was sad. She was a Great person with many talents and a big ❤️ who helped many in her lifetime. There are wackos but my guess is she's schizophrenic and needs help .
Agreed. I used to care for an elderly lady who had schizophrenia. She was also developing dementia, so it was like a double whammy. She had audio, visual and physical hallucinations. This meant she could hear and see people that weren't there, but worse still feel their touches. She believed there was a lady with a rope that wanted to strangle her. She would claw at her neck choking. This was while on medications. Was the hardest job I've ever had.

You EARNED THAT RESPECT!! they apparently have no respect for themselves. Ps... ** Whomever commnted live about "Wow, looks like that Booth person is singlehandedly responsible for half the counties crimes" had me in friggin stitches. It took me a minute to zoom in and get wtf that meant, good one! Love From Cape Cod, Ma G.O.A.T. MIKE!
The defense attorney sounds like an Elf!!
16:45 you missed a great opportunity to use the STOP THE HAMMERING meme 😂
She obviously has schizophrenia and is suffering from both delusions and hallucinations.
As soon as someone starts talking about people constantly breaking in despite their security measures you’ve got to consider schizophrenia.
Which is more sad than funny.
Or, you could google "bump key." There are several UA-cam videos about them.
Well said
@@maryjackson1194 I would bet a LOT of money that this is Not a case of people using a bump key to break into a random persons apartment.
@@Jenifer_L People that have not experienced living with or taking care of someone with mental issues can't understand how difficult it is on your own mental health.
My son overdosed on fentanyl a year ago. My heart goes out to people who are addicted to drugs. I wish courts could make them go to rehabilitation centers for a long time maybe it could help. 😢
My 18 yr old grandson died May 2022. Heroin. 😢

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers.
I am sorry for your loss.
Society does not owe a program to everyone with a problem. We need strong parents that offer serious repercussions if you are caught doing any drugs.
@shawnmclean7932 Yeah.. cause that's always worked. 🙄
What we NEED are rehabs longer than 30 days, that offer vocational training, classes in money management, and slowly help them start back to work and getting into housing so the stress of every day life doesn't send them back to old patterns.
I know someone who completed a program similar to this that is now thriving after being an addict nearly his whole life.
Stop criminalizing addiction and start treating it.
the lawyer for "turtle man" sounds like he has been inhaling helium.
I would truly appreciate a rental complex that blows vapors into my apartment. That needs added to their brochure!
Is the lady with “asthma” schizophrenic? When you start hearing people in the walls I hope she gets help
Not all hallucinations are caused my schizophrenia, having PTSD or another disorder or disorders mixed together can cause it as well. I have tactical, audio and visual hallucinations and I'm not schizophrenic. It's all about what mental illness they have remember. Buttt the everyone is out to get me mental illness lol I have but idk wth it's called I'd have to ask a therapist
@@insomswelcome3882 thank you for sharing your insights.
YOUR LAUGH IS CONTAGIOUS MY FRIEND! I DESPISE & LOVE LAWYERS! HOWEVER NORMALLY WOULDN’T WATCH A CHANNEL LIKE THIS, YET YOU MAKE IT FUN: WELL DONE
I feel bad for that lady , she seems a bit unwell…
26:35 that’s sad. He’s homeless, so he’d rather be in jail or a hospital with a warm bed, than out on the street.
“My child is 4 or 5 years old” I’m sorry?? Lol smh
Quite common among men. I can give you an approximation of my daughters age.😂😂
I LOVE the little squirrel that looks astounded.
Really decent guy the judge dealing with the terminal chap. Making sure he gets help.
Can someone please tell me what in the AF is the screaming goat sound effect about, is this court or morning drive time radio??
How is the whole ACLU philosophy of not forcing mental health care until something happens going?
The defense attorney needs to step away from the balloons.
But he sounds so cute 35:47
It would be hilarious if the landlords was really doing all this😂😂😂 got her sounding crazy
@@shandaracherry6550 he is an equal opportunity offender. Just because people are old doesn’t make unbelievable stories not worthy of ridicule.
I just lost my mother so take your self righteous virtue signaling and cram it
My landlord drove me nuts, so it does happen.
@@nutmeg5I did all I could to avoid mine, eventually, I couldn’t take it any longer and I moved out. She was bat s*** crazy!!
@@LawTalkWithMike Who are you responding to? I’m sorry for the loss of your Mother. I can’t imagine. That said, please explain what that has to do with this case?
Hubby and I love watching you! And we loves us some Judge Manning...PRE-TRIAL!!! (Screaming goat)😂😅😂😅❤❤❤😂😅
I like when the inmates just look around, when charges are being said, like, me❓❓
It was that look 👀 that Mr. Begins gives !!! 😂😂😂 !!! He had me crying laughing through the whole procedure .
Sad the lady is mentally losing it. Family needs to step in she needs help. Judge is Great!! Poor Judge is trying to hold it together.
You know what they say, if you're not born with an aliment, there's no way for it to develop over time. Says my allergies that started after 39 years of life.
Hearing room 2 guy has facial expressions like, "am i losing my mind?" And "holy shit. I thought i had issues."
😂😂😂I went back and watched! He sure does!😂
Thank you so much for these. @Law Talk With Mike it's been difficult for some of the Law nerds and your vids help.
I have a new respect for judges. I would lose my sh$t listening to this nonsense
The judge is wondering about his life choices at this point while he listens to the older woman speak about vaping into her home.
😂
I feel so sad for the older lady. Can you imagine living alone and thinking all of these things are happening. It makes my heart hurt 😢
The second lady seems to have paranoid psychosis. Her doctor, if she's really seen one, would hopefully pick up on it and get her on some medication. I work with ladies with these experiences and beliefs all the time. She also has some Karen tendancies! The judge handled it well!
Think the judge must have been a graduate of auctioneering school! She's awesome.
Poor woman is obviously in need of some mental help.
Great way to start my day. Thank you
The Karen, it is hysterical watching the judge self-soothing!!!
1:24:05 your laugh woke me up from a dead sleep I'm going to have to clip that and make it my alarm sound.
I knew someone like Asthma Karen, she would constantly take her meds to the pharmacy and ask for them to be tested because someone was poisoning them. Or try to give a judge an steak she kept in her purse for 3 days as a gift. It's just mental health issues, but damn is it funny.
The 1st Judge is so efficient and lively. Very well organized system...unlike some of the other courtrooms you cover.
Mike, I was listening to this while at work (office) and laughing the entire time during the (lady) because of your constant giggling. 😂😂😂 My co-workers kept walking by then leaning in to see what I was laughing about by myself. I had to just waving them on…😂😂
🤩
Thursron Co. has a big problem with squatters. They will just take over a property and it’s extremely difficult to expel them if they get any hold on your property.
A bump key is a specially cut key that can override many pin-tumbler locks, which are the most common type of locks for homes1234. It is also called a "999 key" because all of its ridges are cut to the maximum depth25. It can be made from an old or blank key using a file or a key-making machine124. It works by "bumping" the pins inside the lock with a quick force35. It can act as a "master key" for opening any lock that matches its shape45.
Thanks for the explanation. I never knew. Time to rethink our house keys.
@@PacificSailing184 You would be surprised how quickly most locks can be picked or bumped. However most criminals kick in the door or break a window. The best locks are only as good as the strength of the door frame which is usually not very good. A proper door installation is more important than the quality of the lock.
Mike: This is a wonderful, glorious assortment of oddities. Please, never EVER get rid of the goat scream. 😂🤣😅😂😅😅. I've always loved it. Cheers. 🍸 🍸 👍🏻
Well he finds money for drugs so, he can find it for bail. I'm sorry, I have 5 years clean and sober. I get it. But what pisses me off is the driving while intoxicated. It's so selfish and dangerous and we don't have strict enough laws in my opinion or harsh enough sentences. If it's your first one, it's always a pr bond, slap on the wrist. It's wrong. You can and will kill someone
Attorney Denali appears to not be prepared, or unable to do his job…
It’s so sad to hear this poor woman who is obviously unwell trying to convince the court about her imaginary issues …the worst part is they are real for her Mike it shows a lack of empathy to be laughing at this poor woman
Don’t cha hate it when ur neighbors vape into ur apartment!!!
Don't laugh Mike. My landlord gave me Herpes

Ok, the lady is not sktzo, I think she prob has early dementia, it's not a very nice thing to have , but let's remember, our parents and grandparents can get it, b nice people.
I wish I had caught this live when you asked about 135 mph being frowned on in Georgia. It’s customary in Fulton County on I-75!
Yeah they want her out of there! I LMAO. On the flip side I had a dear friend, gone to be with her maker, that suffered from schizophrenia.
Love this judge. When I grow up I want to be a judge just like her and have quick trials.
They're PRE-trials 😊
As before mate love the work you put in to the videos.. got to love and respect these judges❤❤ stern and fair
When he said church, I almost fell over. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’d love to see Mike in Court.
He has such a contagious laugh and fun demeanor.
I picture him in court just laughing,
Of course I’m sure it’s not like that.
I’m sure he’s very serious and knows how to read the room and knows we he can’t have fun and when not.
Just saying. We need some Mike Zoom court!
Mike, can you share a time where you were ever schooled/yelled at by the judge ?
It's sad to see people laughing at this woman, right Mike? If this is dementia, shame on those of you who are making fun of her.
👋 Mike 👋 For the first guy (TPO) I wish they could have just faxed it to the jail so they could serve her before she went to court. That way if court released her it would already be in effect. She could be really unstable right now. 🇨🇦
Funny how you thrive on other’s misery! Ambulance chasing?
We don't know what's happened to her in life for her to think the way she does, but it's obvious she needs mental health counseling & 🤨 that's no laughing matter, esp. if it was someone you knew that was delusional & many seniors have a hard time navigating their lives without someone to assist them, keep that in mind bc getting old isn't funny when no one is there for you, got it❓️
I'm out ~
