The problem with people who follow religion is that majority of them don't read their scriptures thoroughly so any a person who is knowledgeable questions their faith they become frustrated.

Acts 1:8 Mentions Christ being shown to the uttermost parts of the earth - starting at Jerusalem - Mark 16:15 and Colossians 1:23 Mentions the good news of the kingdom being preached to every person (creature) under heaven. Revelation 5:9 Mentions believers out of every nationality, every race and language being in heaven redeemed. It's simple - but unfortunately some are blinded and present hard speeches.
I am concerned about what Paul said in Galatians 3:16 found at about minute 35, second 10. Everywhere it's written in the Old Testament and Genesis 12:7 on 13:15, 17:7 and 24:7, it talks about SEEDS plural, not seed, singular, in Hebrew. So Paul was stretching the truth there in my opinion. It was more; it was to the seeds of Israel, not just to Christ. Rabbi Singer once pointed this out.

The problems with preterism are many. For one thing, God’s covenant with Israel is everlasting (Jeremiah 31:33-36), and there will be a future restoration of Israel (Isaiah 11:12). The apostle Paul warned against those who, like Hymenaeus and Philetus, teach falsely “that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some” (2 Timothy 2:17-18). And Jesus’ mention of “this generation” should be taken to mean the generation that is alive to see the beginning of the events described in Matthew 24.
Obviously the resurrection wasn't "past" when Paul was alive, but he is the one who said he WOULD be alive when it happened. And he died a LONG time ago.

@@archek521 just because he blessed the Canaanite woman doesn’t mean that he was sent to her. The Gentiles who were being specifically targeted with the gospel of the kingdom were Israelites who had been divorced by God, removed from the land, and scattered abroad.

Adam was the first man. Did not God give Adam the gift to call all animals? The answer is yes. How do I know? because it is in the bible. The book of Daniel is prophecy. It gives a date of all the things to come in the book of revelations. The oject of my faith is Jesus. When Moses ask God what his name was. God said I AM that I AM. How many times did Jesus say I AM? 300 times. The term I AM relating to God appears over 300 times in the Bible, frst in the book of Genesis (15:1) and last in Revelation (22:16). This has led to the Biblical God referred to as " the great I AM'". Just because you think the Bible is wrong doesn't mean it is not true. On the day you stand before the Lord, the only question that will be asked is what did you do with the only way into heaven with Jesus! Every sin is forgiven when we repent. The sin that will not be forgiven is if you said no to Jesus as the only way. Jesus said I AM the way the truth and the life. There is only one way to heaven and you know this. I pray for you and your soul. The Bible says do not put your trust in man but God alone. One last verse that God has said to all man kind. Isaiah 41:10 Do not be afraid, for I AM with you. Do not be discouraged, for I AM your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious hand. The Bible is a love letter to all man kind. Yes, the bible is about Israel, the Israel of God, which are the true believers. This can be the jew or gentile. Romans 2:28,29 talks about being a jew, not outwardly, but inwardly. Circumcision of the heart is what makes someone a jew. The circumcision of the flesh was just a sign pointing to the circumcision of the heart, like many other signs, figures and shadows of the old testament. Remember, God chose Abraham before he was circumcised, so he was a gentile a that time. It was Abraham's faith that made him righteous, and so he is the father of All believers, whether jew or gentile. Read Romans and Hebrews to understand this.

If you came into faith it was by the anointing and power of The Holy Spirit and God did choose you! His choosing his disciples back then does not negate that. Also, he probably just said it and the writer remembered it by the power of The Holy Spirit and wrote it so that we would have the words of Christ. That's what it means to believe in The Bible as the word of God. Why take others with you along your path of unbelief?

One huge thing you’re missing is that the northern house of Israel was kicked out of the mosaic covenant and scattered into the countries of the known world. They were the people being targeted with the gospel.

All twelve tribes were represented in the dispersion. See James 1:1… and 1 Peter 1:1…. They were both writing to the 12 tribes scattered abroad. Then Peter in 2 Peter 3:15 says that Paul was writing to the same people.

There is no more law covenant but that doesn't mean no more law. By living under the laws of our land we are doing God's will and observe the principles of the law covenant which are carried over into the new covenant (but not the letter).

The only difference between you before and you now is that you believe the Bible is historical fiction now and before you believed it was the Word of God. I can easily choose to believe that the Bible is historical fiction but I can easily believe that it seems that way because that is the way my mind works. I can not prove the Bible and its claims to anyone. I have to trust that the Bible is God's Word. Even if the style of it is in a historical fiction as a work of literature. I respect the styles that are used in writing but the fact that it is the Word of God and what makes it Scripture is that it is divinely inspired by The Holy Spirit and has the power to transform us spiritually. For example The DaVinci Code does not have that power no matter how much one changes their mind after reading it. Nobody claims to be able to become like Leonardo DaVinci after reading the DaVinci Code but there ARE people who become like Christ after living out The Word of God and the word becoming a living word through the saint's life. That's how I know The Holy Spirit inspired the Bible. You can ask which Bible to be cheeky but those who know The Holy Spirit lives in them will have discernment. The Bible has very little to do with Israelites. There are only 3 Israelite prophets. There are only 2 El based myth stories (Job and Ruth) the rest of the new testament is about Judah and after the Babylonia exile Judaism. Israel has not connection with Judah an is long gone. Not lost, assemalated simple as that. Our relationship with the old testament should be the same as our relationship we have with the myth cycle of Egypt, Greece, or Rome. Not sure about the New Testament, but I'm not holding my breath that it will be any more reliable.

I left Christianity too. Acts 1:8 Mentions Christ being shown to the uttermost parts of the earth - starting at Jerusalem - Mark 16:15 and Colossians 1:23 Mentions the good news of the kingdom being preached to every person (creature) under heaven. Revelation 5:9 Mentions believers out of every nationality, every race and language being in heaven redeemed. It's simple - but unfortunately some are blinded and present hard speeches.

I am concerned about what Paul said in Galatians 3:16 found at about minute 35, second 10. Everywhere it's written in the Old Testament and Genesis 12:7 on 13:15, 17:7 and 24:7, it talks about SEEDS plural, not seed, singular, in Hebrew. So Paul was stretching the truth there in my opinion. It was more; it was to the seeds of Israel, not just to Christ. Rabbi Singer once pointed this out.
If the Bible is about what Is Real, and we are real, then what Israel is about...is about us.

This idea that Christ came ONLY for the jewish people is problematic based on the story of Exodus and based on the jews who rejected Jesus. You HAVE to read the biblical stories yourself in order to properly see all the things this lady seems to have missed.
SHE has some how convinced people that what she is saying is the way it is. When, if a person READS what is written, they will see how wrong what she is saying is.
To say that the biblical stories are for jews only? Even Paul said that the true jew is the one who is jewish inwardly. Which makes sense, because God is a Spirit. The people who left Egypt with the jews during the Exodus, were NOT jewish "genetically", but the laws given to the jews applied to those who were NOT jewish ALSO. So effectively, those "strangers" who sided with the jews were effectively "jews inwardly" in spirit.
But this lady has convinced people to see things the way she does. When you read the WHOLE thing, it should be blatanly obvious that she is plain wrong about this. But...she has her followers...and maybe that's what she wants.
You have skipped the flip from Judah back to Israel. 1 Chronicles 5:2. Mt. 21:43 Je. 3:11 Eze. 4:5-6 the God of Joseph ben Israel, Joshua, and Gideon.
The problems with preterism are many. For one thing, God’s covenant with Israel is everlasting (Jeremiah 31:33-36), and there will be a future restoration of Israel (Isaiah 11:12). The apostle Paul warned against those who, like Hymenaeus and Philetus, teach falsely “that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some” (2 Timothy 2:17-18). And Jesus’ mention of “this generation” should be taken to mean the generation that is alive to see the beginning of the events described in Matthew 24.
Obviously the resurrection wasn't "past" when Paul was alive, but he is the one who said he WOULD be alive when it happened.
And he died a LONG time ago.

Jesus does not say that the bible is about Israel. He told a gentile woman He was sent to preach to the house of Israel. But she had great faith and He healed her daughter.
Then there are the many other passages in the bible speaking of going out and preaching to the whole world and the gentiles. God does different things at different times in His own way for His purposes. Taking one passage out of context to support an idea that is not taught in the bible and is actually contradicted in several passages and teachings in the scriptures is not a good practice.

This is the old testament as you know. Aslo, if you are reading anything out side the bible, there is a big problem. Adam was the first man. Did not God give Adam the gift to call all animals? The answer is yes. How do I know? because it is in the bible. The book of Daniel is prophecy. It gives a date of all the things to come in the book of revelations. The oject of my faith is Jesus. When Moses ask God what his name was. God said I AM that I AM. How many times did Jesus say I AM? 300 times. The term I AM relating to God appears over 300 times in the Bible, frst in the book of Genesis (15:1) and last in Revelation (22:16). This has led to the Biblical God referred to as " the great I AM'". Just because you think the Bible is wrong doesn't mean it is not true. On the day you stand before the Lord, the only question that will be asked is what did you do with the only way into heaven with Jesus! Every sin is forgiven when we repent. The sin that will not be forgiven is if you said no to Jesus as the only way. Jesus said I AM the way the truth and the life. There is only one way to heaven and you know this. I pray for you and your soul. The Bible says do not put your trust in man but God alone. One last verse that God has said to all man kind. Isaiah 41:10 Do not be afraid, for I AM with you. Do not be discouraged, for I AM your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious hand. The Bible is a love letter to all man kind. You have fewer days ahead of you then behind you. You have a appointed date with God. Last time I check, death has a 100% accuracy. You are missleading many people with your false doctrine. God did not write other books outside of the Bible. He only has one and it's all about Jesus. God bless you and change your heart. I don't want anyone to go to hell. Yes, the bible is about Israel, the Israel of God, which are the true believers. This can be the jew or gentile. Romans 2:28,29 talks about being a jew, not outwardly, but inwardly. Circumcision of the heart is what makes someone a jew. The circumcision of the flesh was just a sign pointing to the circumcision of the heart, like many other signs, figures and shadows of the old testament. Remember, God chose Abraham before he was circumcised, so he was a gentile a that time. If you came into faith it was by the anointing and power of The Holy Spirit and God did choose you! His choosing his disciples back then does not negate that. Also, he probably just said it and the writer remembered it by the power of The Holy Spirit and wrote it so that we would have the words of Christ. The bible is all about the new covenant......the dualism of empiricism and rationalism. Jesus is our figurehead for this new covenant. We can choose to examine ourselves as espoused by socrates or we can place our faith in the Christ Jesus and follow his teachings in Mathew Mark Luke and John or follow the apostle Paul via Galatians and Collossians.

The Gentiles being targeted with the gospel of the kingdom were the divorced and scattered northern house of Israel. Gentiles does not mean non-Israelites.

The Church are God's People, Every Nation in the World. Some Evangelicals even think that Jesus is coming to take over Jerusalem.... and that Israel would again be the Promised Land. Silly them. There is no more law covenant but that doesn't mean no more law. By living under the laws of our land we are doing God's will and observe the principles of the law covenant which are carried over into the new covenant (but not the letter).

The only difference between you before and you now is that you believe the Bible is historical fiction now and before you believed it was the Word of God. I can easily choose to believe that the Bible is historical fiction but I can easily believe that it seems that way because that is the way my mind works. I can not prove the Bible and its claims to anyone. I have to trust that the Bible is God's Word. Even if the style of it is in a historical fiction as a work of literature. I respect the styles that are used in writing but the fact that it is the Word of God and what makes it Scripture is that it is divinely inspired by The Holy Spirit and has the power to transform us spiritually. For example The DaVinci Code does not have that power no matter how much one changes their mind after reading it. Nobody claims to be able to become like Leonardo DaVinci after reading the DaVinci Code but there ARE people who become like Christ after living out The Word of God and the word becoming a living word through the saint's life. That's how I know The Holy Spirit inspired the Bible. You can ask which Bible to be cheeky but those who know The Holy Spirit lives in them will have discernment. The Bible has very little to do with Israelites. There are only 3 Israelite prophets. There are only 2 El based myth stories (Job and Ruth) the rest of the new testament is about Judah and after the Babylonia exile Judaism. Israel has not connection with Judah an is long gone. Not lost, assemalated simple as that. Our relationship with the old testament should be the same as our relationship we have with the myth cycle of Egypt, Greece, or Rome. Not sure about the New Testament, but I'm not holding my breath that it will be any more reliable.
