      Great question! Teams Call Queues (CQs), and Auto Attendants (AAs) help route incoming calls, while the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) monitors and analyzes call quality in Teams.

    I would like to learn and get more hands on with Teams Admin Center. I am currently a systems administrator at my company and we use Office365 (Hybrid Environment) but unfortunately we do not use Teams Admin Center. How can I get more hands on with Teams Admin Center if I cant use it, especially outside of my organization ?
