      @@HetmanRecovery Sir... your support email does not work. Both get bounced back as it appears they are forwarding to a Gmail account. I really need some assistance on getting data off of our drives from a Proliant Server with a P410 controller. I only have the disks, and there are 8 disks.

    hello. Please if i have a hard disk witch contains data, I need to know what will happen to my data when I click on create array

      If you press the "Create Array" button on your hard drive, then all your data on this drive will be lost, since the process of creating an array involves combining several drives into a single logical storage using special RAID technology. Thus, before starting to create an array, all data on the hard disk must be copied to another medium in order to save it.

      thank you for answering me. my problem started with a battery failure and after changing it, an error message appears "not bootable". afterwards I installed windows server on another disk and I added the data disk of the first server but it is marked unassigned. I do not know what to do? if you have a solution i would be very grateful HP Proliant ML350 Gen9

      Unfortunately, based on the information provided, it is difficult for me to give a specific answer to your question. However, I can give you some general recommendations:
      Try rebooting the server, maybe after that the data drive will become assigned.
      Check the disk array (RAID) settings in the BIOS of the server, maybe you need to configure it so that the disk is available.
      If nothing helps, try to contact the server manufacturer or a server service technician who can help you with this situation.

      Thanks a lot,
      I will give more precision, I had a battery problem with
      my server hp proliant 350., I changed the battery and changed the ram strip from 8gb to one of 16gb. but at startup an error message appears "disk unbootable". to remedy this I bought two new disks I installed the system and I took over the old disks which contain the data but they do not appear and in the HP configuration it tells me that these disks are unassigned.
      so is my problem coming from the change of the battery or RAM or something else?

    • @HetmanRecovery
      @HetmanRecovery  Рік тому

      Judging by the "disk unbootable" error message and the fact that your old disks don't show up after installing the system, the problem may be related to the disk configuration and boot device in your BIOS.
      It is recommended that you check and adjust the boot settings in your BIOS to make sure that your new hardware is properly identified and configured to boot. You may also need to check your SATA cables to make sure they are properly connected to your motherboard.
      If the problem is not resolved after checking the BIOS settings and connecting the cables, you may need to investigate the cause of the problem in more detail, possibly with the help of a professional technician.
