since the PL360 G10 only has an inbuilt s100i controller which is not compatible with SAS drive. Which controller is suitable for the drives?

Can I change me existing raid 10 configuration to raid 5 without losing any data at my drive?
Can you put an hpe p440ar in there?
Unfortunately not supported. All new line up for Gen 10 RAID cards.
